- My build got challenged once again and I had to accept it. The great debate between Sambuk captains, fire bombards with Infernal Maw, or Zamzama with Warhammer.
I didn't use Mending Kits.
Fire Bombard 3's are so powerful that I honestly very rarely consider using anything else anymore. And that's on any ship, not just the Sambuk. 3000+ damage per shot from those is better than 10 cannons that do maybe 200 per shot even if they ALL hit, and you have less time to brace because you're firing all your cannons.

I'm using the Rigging Station, Gunpowder Bench, Cursed Banner, Bombard Menuiserie, Bombard Powderhouse and Bombard Works.

@@Rexflexall7881 Can be a pain to obtain. But you still have a week and a half until the Rode Maangodin goes away. Then it will return o the last week.
Think he was looking to catch you for crew boarding but you kept him outta range. Think maybe the Zambuk would fare better than Firebombuk in a close quarters match such as a takeover.
No, we were both just trying to win the fight, no one was interested in boarding, we agreed on that. I kept him out of range because that's what you should do when playing against demi-cannons.
