how are the placement of mathematics and computing in bits mesra since it is recently added branch so i cannot get any review about it. please tell me as i am getting mathematics and computing dual degree.
Bhaiya my crl mains rank is 18,139 And Adv. Crl Rank is 11,930 Getting CSE or (AI+ML) in BIT mesra And getting mining , petroleum,metallurgy,civil branches in IiT(ISM). Which one I should opt for IIT with low branch or BIT with good branch, does IIT tag matters??
It depends Bro if you are looking for tag go with IIT any branch but check the placement ratio and all stuff before deciding. But BIT MESRA cse is also a great option if you want cse only.

Your branch may be lower in iit but the exposure you will get at IIT will be at a whole different level and I think exposure is more important than your branch.you'll get ample of opportunities at IIT irrespective of your branch which you may not get at NIT/BIT/other GFTI'S
