Curd rice...cook rice in cooker.....don't use basmati rice.....normal raw rice....cook till rice is v soft....once rice cools down.....add fresh curd..mix it well add salt to taste and tadke mein....in oil put rai, urad dal (1 teaspoon),cut green chillies, curry leaves and hing...add to the curd rice n enjoyyyyy

I am a keralite ,curd rice can be prepared very easily.For one class of rice ,wash and soak the rice for half an hour.Then cook it with 4 glass of water in a cooker with 4 to 5 whistles.It should be cooked very well.Then when it cools,add not so sour curd ,add little milk with salt according to taste.When it cools,put tadka of cumin, mustard and sukhi mirch,little green chillies and small pieces of ginger and curry leaves.Consistency according to your choice.Enjoy❤
