I have made crustless quiches for over 20 years. I have put every protein in you can think of: bacon, sausage, hamburger, imitation crab, kielbasa. I have added at times veggies and mushrooms. I have sprinkled canned fried onion on top and my recipe calls for sprinkling paprika on top. I bake it 30 minutes at 400 degrees and it comes out light and fluffy. This is my go to if I want a light meal. These are just some ideas for variations of a wonderful ww recipe I got many years ago. I

It was delicious and so easy for a Friday night. Best part is I made 2, so we have in the freezer now to just heat up.
Wondering what to make for dinner in this hot humid weather. Something light. Found your video and now there are 2 Thrive Life quiches in the oven. They'll cool and then I'll chill them in the fridge. Cold quiche and salad by 6 o'clock. Easy peasy. Thank you Elizabeth!

Thank you so much for explaining the - monthly delivery service so well. I have ordered several times, but was hesitant about the monthly plan. (truthfully I didn't try to figure it out myself) This is a game changer for me, now that I know I can still save 15% even if I don't order enough for the free shipping - which of course would be great too! We're empty nesters, so we don't need large quantities of weekly/monthlyfood. We live in a 1150ish square foot home. Though we do have really good storage for our space; there's only so much room to spare. I was concerned about having to order $100.00 a month to qualify for this offer. Thanks again.
ps - the eggs are the one item I use a lot. I don't use fresh eggs for anything but for over-easy, or boiled, etc. I use the Thrive Life for all baking, scrambled eggs, etc.
If you don’t think you can afford $100 a month for the free shipping, or if you don’t feel like you need that much food, you can just order every other month or every third month. If you place an order every other month, you can place a $100 order and get free shipping every time. just skip the months that you don’t want to order.
looks wonderful all i need to get is cream and a pie shell and see if i have cheese, I believe I do. I agree with the onions, mushrooms, bell peppers all add wonderfully to anything. looks great thanks for the wonderful explanation of texture.
Wow, I'm surprised you can ready it from the can. It took forever to soften the ground beef course I never tried that out of the can do don't know if the toughness comes from the rehydration process. Now we rehydrate the night before and the cook it into our meal the next day. Made a great spaghetti sauce.
That looks so good Elizabeth! I love it when you cook 😊 Quiches are great ... this one would be great with mushrooms, onions and bell peppers! The sky is the limit.
There’s a great recipe out there for crustless coconut custard pie… Question Bill, if you open a big can do you think you would have longer than a year if you took portions from the can and vacuumed them in Ball glass jars with their custom vacuum sealer? I would be concerned of certain ingredients, not going through them in a year with it, just being the two of us in some cases.
If you reseal them in jars, using your vacuum sealer, it will certainly last longer than a year. But I can’t tell you how long because I don’t know. Just the fact that you opened the can and exposed it to air means that it’s not going to last 25 years. Or you could buy them in the smaller pantry cans. He would use them up faster. But for Elizabeth and I, it’s just the two of us, and we’ve never had a can last us longer than a year without being used up.
Elizabeth you look beautiful as always, love the recipe, it's amazing how creative you can be with Thivelife. From VA 🙏 Bill do you have your own website for Thivelife? I would like to take a gander of what's available.
Looks good, but if you loose power and have a electronic switch in your stove, you’ll still be out of luck on cooking anything! But guess you could put it on your wood heater you have in the living room and put a cover over it and cook it that way. Unless it’s 99 degrees out lol. I guess we keep praying all is good in the world
I think it looked good before those extra ten minutes so I would have eaten it then :P But it looked much better after another ten minutes. I need to make that once, because in Norway they are not something we make.
ELIZABETH....PLEASE TRY TRADER JOES LONG TERM SHELF STABLE WHIPPING CREAM. (IT COMES IN A SMALL WHITE/LIGHT BLUE JUICE BOX SIZE 8 OZ.) GREAT TO HAVE ON HAND FOR DERSERTS, BAKING, AND MORE.

Never thought of using Sausage but I made a broccoli and bacon crust less quiche last night but I mix everything into the egg and milk mixture. I also make a sweet crust less quiche/ pie using coconut and sugar milk and eggs.
Unopened cans of Thrive Life food have a shelf life of 25 years! After you open it, it has a shelf life of one year. That's the beauty of Thrive Life long-term food storage. 😊
I'm not sure if my eggs are different. They are called scrambled egg mix. On the container that is sent to Canada it says 7 year shelf life. Look at the side of your container.
Elizabeth you look so pretty in this video you should always wear colours like that and clothes that fit you. Some of your clothes is way too big. that colour is really pretty on you.
Can't do cream, similar to Elizabeth can't do gluten, and sausage is out of the question. SO instead for me personally, I would use the powdered milk and I bought the ground beef to use in place of the sausage when you make a meal with sausage, I could just use hamburger. My liver doesn't like certain things, that's how my body has always been. So yes, work with what you like and is safe for you. I have personally tried the brocolli from Thrive Life and it looks and tastes like brocolli. I really like it. So though it's kind of a mind twist to get used to using freeze dried, don't be afraid of it. It tastes good. Get what you like and what works with your dietary needs. We're all different, and that's normal.😊 Crustless quiche are great for those of us with diabeties and anyone on keto diet. OMT in the milk or instead of, Thrive Life has sour cream. Now that would be good with mushrooms and brocolli, even green peas. Or make an alfredo sauce with the sour cream and add your vegetable after rehydration and maybe heat up? See? Bill and Elizabeth I clicked on the Canadian website and it only brought up the US prices. I can’t see any Canadian prices can you let me know if I’m doing something wrong thank you.
All prices on the Canada website are in USD. ( If they did it in CAD, they would have to INCREASE the price to account for daily fluctuations in the exchange rate.) Your bank will do the conversion when you place an order. To find the daily exchange rate, go to www.xe.com/currencyconverter/convert/?Amount=100&From=USD&To=CAD
I’ve made quiche Lorraine crustless before, but I mix the cheese into the egg and cream mixture before pouring over the bacon. I’ve never thought of substituting sausage and cheddar for bacon and Swiss. I will try that out.
All of Thrive Life's products are non-GMO. And they are also organic - though they are not certified organic. The only thing the certification process does is add A LOT of cost. So Thrive has decided to self-certify with what they call the Nutrilock Promise. The Nutrilock Promise has 41 points of inspection to insure a quality product. Gluten free? Elizabeth is Celiac and must eat gluten free. There are very few Thrive Life items that she CANNOT eat! Gluten is the protein found in wheat, barley, and rye. Which means that all fruits and vegetables are naturally gluten free. When you go into the fresh produce department at the grocery store, you can eat everything there without gluten issues. Well, Thrive Life is the same way. It’s just a freeze dried grocery store. Each can is just one ingredient, with nothing else added. So, since peas are naturally gluten free, Thrive’s peas are naturally gluten free. It’s the same with all of Thrive’s fruits and vegies. All of the nutritional information, and also serving sizes and number of servings in a can, for Thrive Life foods can be found on the website. Go to “Shop,” then click on a product category. Then select an item and click on the picture (NOT the “Quick Shop.”) When you are on any individual product page, you will see a picture of the product. Right under that picture are some thumbnails of other pictures. One of those is a picture of the label on the package, which will show all of the ingredients and the nutritional information, servings sizes and servings per can. You can look there to see if a product has wheat, barley, or rye in it. Thrive Life has the best gluten free flour we have ever had, and we use it all the time. It is listed in the “Limited Time” category of “Shop.” Limited means that it is only available occasionally. So grab it when it’s in stock! I hope that helps!
@@LiveSimpleLiveFree Thanks allot, this helps. Yes, my eldest son lives with me and he has Celiac for years now. I'm 70 and look forward to not so much prep work as I'm partially disabled and can't stand for long.
As Fantastic as it sounds how can a person on a limited monthly income going to afford monthly shipments? When $914 a month barely goes anywhere as it is.
I understand. You can skip every other month or skip two months to save for one monthly order. Thrive Life food is actually CHEAPER than the grocery store! Here is a video (done by another Thrive Life consultant) who documents her spending over 3 years, and she is saving 24% every month on groceries by using Thrive Life! ruclips.net/video/rVQK4d0fXv8/видео.html Comparing the cost of Thrive Life straight across to grocery store prices will almost always SEEM like Thrive costs more. BUT, there is one major component to the formula that almost everyone misses. It's spoilage. Waste. According to a Harvard study, the average family throws away 25-40% of the food that they purchase, due to spoilage. Either it spoils in the fridge before they can use it, or they cook too much and then throw away the leftovers 2 weeks later. THE MOST EXPENSIVE FOOD YOU CAN BUY IS THE FOOD THAT YOU THROW AWAY! And Thrive Life completely eliminates waste! So you need to realize that you must ADD at least 25% to the cost of grocery store food if you want to compare it to the cost of Thrive! Since you will throw away 25% of grocery store food, you have to buy 25% MORE. In the long run, this makes the cost of Thrive comparable or even CHEAPER than the grocery store. Then, add in the extra convenience and the better nutritional content of Thrive food, and it becomes a no-brainer. Why doesn't everyone buy Thrive?! LOL Most people look at the cost of individual servings in order to compare prices. And like I said, this ignores the spoilage issue. The better way to compare cost is to look at the amount that you spend on groceries on a MONTHLY basis. People who track their monthly grocery budget over a period of months are all reporting that they are saving money every month using Thrive. This is because they don't have to buy as much food because they are not throwing away any food due to spoilage. There was a study done a few years ago at the Univ of Utah. They studied 156 families of four. They found that any family of four that used Thrive Life in at least 50% of their daily cooking saved, on average, $150 per month!
For work trip, rent an EV as 1st time experience with the technology, and no training or explanation provided by the rental company. Then drive it to remote worksite location and return to hotel. Then on drive back to hotel find you need a charging station that is no where to be found nearby. Vehicle stops with NO WARNING in the middle of the road without any advance warning of how much charge life remained. Call rental company for assist and they are several hours plus away from sending help. Finally when help arrived, unable to open ports without any battery charge left. Due to coworkers horrible EV nightmare experience, I will do fine with EV staying out of my life forever.

I absolutely love watching your video's! Both of you bring so much joy to many! God bless you greatly 🙏🏼💕💐
That looked delicious and so easy to make. You're both looking well and happy!
I’ve made quiche Lorraine crustless before, but I mix the cheese into the egg and cream mixture before pouring over the bacon. I’ve never thought of substituting sausage and cheddar for bacon and Swiss. I will try that out.
Can thrive be bought in the UK
Not yet, but Thrive Life is working on that!
@@LiveSimpleLiveFree thank you 💕💕

I'm interested in organic/gmo free and gluten free foods. I went to your site and it was difficult to determine which is gluten free or not.
Elizabeth is that a 10" pie dish from Pioneer woman? So beautiful!
Yes, it is.

Here is a video (done by another Thrive Life consultant) who documents her spending over 3 years, and she is saving 24% every month on groceries by using Thrive Life! ruclips.net/video/rVQK4d0fXv8/видео.html
Comparing the cost of Thrive Life straight across to grocery store prices will almost always SEEM like Thrive costs more.
LOL
Most people look at the cost of individual servings in order to compare prices.
I will NEVER have an EV!
