When my best friend from high school Dave was working on his doctorate in English Lit. at USC, he was a reader at the Library. I've always liked this place.
Great video and gorgeous places 👍 love the jungle one 😀 I was missing nature a lot when on LA, but now I know where to relax if I'm back 😉 keep up the great work 💪
Thanks for watching the video. There is actually quiet a lot of nature in the Los Angeles area but you often have to have a car to get there. When you come back to LA one day I can show you some superb places.
I've been there many times. It is very beautiful. Dress nicely so you will look good in the photos. Wear good walking shoes. Bring a sun hat. And pack snacks. You can only eat in the designated areas, but they are over crowded, overpriced, and basically pre-made sandwiches, like you get at a gas station. I bring a backpack with lunch and snacks in it.
Bamboos Chiness garden Fountain Japanese garden Fishes Status Bridges Beautiful roses A place on my list to visit someday Such a beautiful place make me relax and clear mind Such a great video from great man
Definitely a great place to visit and if you go on their website they actually have a free ticket day every first thursday of the month, you just have to book the tickets in advance, and it's a sort of lottery. Either way it's an amazing place and one of the most beautiful places in the LA region.
I felt also very relaxed with your video as you were in that garden 😉 And of course, you can guess that my favorite part is the Asian one. It's very lovely 👍🏼 If you're interested we should go to the biggest Japanese garden of Europe which is in Belgium hé hé 😁
Yes, I think it shouldn't be a problem. They do have a nice cafe/restaurant but I've definitely taken sandwiches there and just ate them on one of the lawns.
Potato potato. Just so you know, the Huntington actually calls the succulent and cactus section "Desert garden". Here's a link if you are interested: huntington.org/desert-garden

Very good tips on bringing your own lunch. I agree that the restaurant there isn't anything special!
Thank you
I’m heading there tomorrow
Hope you have a good time at the Huntington Library!

This park is so majestic and I can't believe how big the Chinese garden has gotten and they are still building more sections to it.

Ok, lol
J'aime pas mon coussin trop doux. Merci pour le commentaire.
Great video! Did you have to pay the Huntington to film or have a license, etc?
Hi, I didn't have any problems filming. I came with a tripod and filmed all day long. Nobody told me anything.
I wonder. Do they allow you to take your own food to eat in the gardens or do they have cafes?
Yes, I think it shouldn't be a problem. They do have a nice cafe/restaurant but I've definitely taken sandwiches there and just ate them on one of the lawns.
This is where duran duran filmed their legendary video for their single ordinary world in 1993.
Oh wow, I never knew that. Duran duran are legendary. Glad I got to visit and film in an area that made it in one of their music videos.
Bring me there david
Okay, you got it!

All the exotics make the place look depressing and void of life.
We all have a right to an opinion.
@@TheDavidNeytsShow It's not an opinion. Exotics support less insects and wildlife.
