  • This is the project from Tennis Summit 2022 where I choose to cover the topic of mental toughness in tennis - I talked about being relentless and clutch // Wondering how to get a mindset of a champion? How to me mentally tougher? How to win more matches? How to be relentless? How to be more clutch? How to become a clutch player? How to play with a mindset of a champion?
In this video, Milan from TENFITMEN Tennis Impulse shares with you his views on what it means to have mindset of a champion. He talks about two important elements of it: being relentless and clutch. Hope you enjoy it and find it useful!
Special thanks to Mehrban for letting me take part of this year's Tennis Summit!

This relates so much to not just only tennis but also to spiritual things as I'm always being told by God to push myself and always level up. Milan you talk about pushing the rock instead of thinking about all the mountain. Well . That's exactly what I think about when doing that big flat backhand slice. I put a skipping action on the ball to take off half the hang time out of it . For if you take away the hangtime out of the ball, you takes people's time away on the court to make it more harder for them to recover. For the Club players don't like balls that come fast with pace and that dig all up in or going around their feet. I use skipping because it keeps the ball deep .
