Dont waste your money. Does not connect to internet
Please help! I think I am doing something wrong. It doesn't come up as a wifi location for me to connect to, do you think I have a broken one? I just can't connect to it! So then when I type in the IP address, it just keeps saying "This site can't be reached". Feeling so frustrated! THANKS!

You talk to much. Just get to the point
That's unusual, normally people say I'm the least time wasting of videos :D the point is.. it's a terrible and cheap WiFi repeater, avoid using it wherever possible.
I have a couple of these around my house. They do a good job of boosting signals in hard-to-reach locations. I used one in my garage to connect ONLY my garage door opener and the other near the front door for the Ring Camera. I try not to connect other devices to them so they perform to the maximum for the dedicated connections I want them for.
That is a good use case.
that could not have been less helpful
I am sure it could.
@@freename lol
problem when i put in the IP address it says no connection

I recently bought 5 of these exact same model ... no problems at all ... can now get a good wifi connection in my garage, back patio, bedrooms etc. Of course you should have relatively good speed to start with, allowing for the drop in performance 8/10
What an Overwhelmingly positive person! (Wish there was a SARCASM font).
It's difficult to sound positive about a terrible product :D
You sound perfectly fine, just ignore this guy.👍😀

@@freename I couldn't find my WiFi extender in my networks.☹️ I'm going to buy a new one.
This is just like the one i bought and received today. No instruction manual at all. Im not yech savvy, do im real confused
Send it back asap. It's really not great. Get a decent Wireless Mesh system. It will cost more but will be quicker and more reliable. Something like TP Link Deco, Mercusys Halo or Linksys Velop
first impression, its crap, i can connect, but alway's without internet, i never see the connection screens like on the papers. so where do it go wrong with me
Return it for a refund as soon as you can
I don’t a plug that anywhere in my house what up with that?
I have just bought the exact repeater and the WiFi light keeps flashing green. No matter what I do it still flashes. What can I do?
Return it for a full refund and get something from a known brand like tp link which will be much better.
If i will use a Ethernet cable from the repeater to a console, will the netwoek be faster than normal?
Unlikely.. test it and see?
I am so list this don't even make no sense smh
What do you want to know?
I have no doubt you know what youre doing i jus dont know what im doing 😭😭 trying to connect my phone its a sumsung android
Use a real computer, trying to set this thing up using a phone or tablet is probably very difficult.
@@freename thanks for responding bro and I will try to see what I can do to get this thing going gratitude bro
How to make the 2 light turn on
My honest suggestion is to return it for a refund and get some decent Wifi mesh equipment. (TP-link deco, mercusys h70x or better, netgear orbi etc.)
I did all these steps, but the wifi signal on the repeater does not light up, what could it be?
I'd give up and buy something newer and better :)
I’m wondering if you have a duff one? I have literally just taken delivery of this last night and had no issues with it. I bought it in readiness to connect to the Phillips Hue Bridge which is due later. To save the bridge getting mucky in hubby’s ‘man cave’. I want to use it upstairs underneath my computer desk. It is currently plugged in and I’ve ran my iPhone, iPad and MacBook from it downstairs with no problems.
Yes it feels plasticky, but there is nothing exposed or coming away.
I will update after the Bridge arrives and I do some more tests; but so far I haven’t had any issues.
Small throughput like the Philips bridge will be fine. Running a streaming TV off it, or online games won't be great.
@@freename at the moment the Bridge won’t even connect to the router; the second one I’ve bought/tried. Guess the whole system will have to go back as I want it for settings ‘away from home.’ I know it’s not the extender as I’ve connected other items to it with no issues.
Only give 2.4hz
Yes, it's terrible, old and low spec.
Good Afternoon sir, i have a ps5 console. Is it best to use AP mode to use the ethernet cable or wireless? People say to use ethernet Cable better for my ps5.
Always use a cable where possible for better speed, reliability and lowest ping.
@@freename thanks mehn, I appreciate the reply. So AP Mode it is thanks 😊 again 👌🏾
If you have internet speed less than 25 would something like this help, or would that too hinder and further slow the speed down?
Depends so much on house layout, wall thickness etc. If you do go for one, make sure you get it from somewhere you can send it back for a full refund (and where the return address is your own country; sometimes the companies selling these demand you return them to China!).
Im lost bro idk what to do!? 😭😭😭
Return it and get easier and more reliable mesh network equipment.
Are you able to acquire a free name?
Only after picking that obscure one :)
Expliquer en français
J'aimerais pouvoir le faire mais je ne parle pas français.
Will this give me a better signal on my tv at rear of my property
Yes but look at WiFi mesh stuff instead like Netgear or tp link stuff. The wifitron is bad.
I have put 192.168.11.1 and the page wont load
That IP only works when the WiFi booster is in factory default mode and you connect to its default WiFi name.
@@freename ive had no luck using this cant even get it to work
There's a high chance it has just gone wrong. It's not a great device.
