Our local league starts back on Sunday, cant wait to get back to weekly competitive pinball!.. I will see you at EXPO this year! Glad to hear you are coming.. loved watching pinclash.. they did an awesome job with the presentation
Another good show. Was able to watch your 2nd round of Pinclash, was unfortunate. Was able to play Mandolorian myself. I agree with a lot of assessment. Good players will get bored easily, bad players like me will just enjoy the sights and sounds.
I agree with your initial opinion of Mandalorian Pro, it will become very boring very quickly, especially if the code isn't refreshed in a way that creates a more exciting adventure. In my opinion the shot up the middle ruins this game, its way too easy to loop the middle which is the shot to advance the main multiball. Tournament games are going to last way too long, 3 strike tournaments are going to last til midnight now with infinity quest (soul gem is so boring), and Mandalorian with power looping the middle.
I think once in homes the premium le upper playfield will end up being the more playable and more enjoyable. From recent streams it seems like once you get it down how to play it the upper playfield offers more and the pitch changes things up. Also that super jp shot always changes to the ramp return shot on the premium which reduces the randomness for that super shot. Love you podcasts and you always do a stellar job. Just a small critique: im finding i always fat forward amy type of tournament discussion. Your almost talking to a niche within a niche when discussing tournaments. Out of the people I know into pinball around 10 percent are even remotely interested in tournaments. Possibly leave that discussion for another podcast. Just a critique but I do love your podcasts... keep up the great work.
I played Mandalorian today at a local barcade (set to free play) and I have to say it felt like a real dog. The voice dub became annoying after just a few minutes of playing. It's a solid pass in my opinion.
Great episode 👏🏻
Enjoying my Mandalorian pro on location- I only played a few games but I had fun

Thanks Dan. During that 2nd round I was saying the same thing lol.
From what I have seen mando has a good ruleset. Haven't played it but looks interesting. We will see how rules turn out at 1.0 and beyond.
There's got to be a hot dog joint around here somewhere!

Agree 100% 👏🏻
It's definitely a niche within a niche. But I will say, I'm currently coming up with some other ways to develop the content later this year :D
nice video , is there a tutorial on the mando pinball ?
Not that I know of, but I'll probably throw a basic tutorial out there sooner rather than later.
@@MarvLoco awesome thanks
Quality feel Mandalorian vs GnR?
Flippers feel better, but I can't really comment yet on overall quality.
