Recently found your channel and really enjoying the content. I have used all of the postal services and find them all to be great, very few ever get lost or damaged but at the moment I'm almost entirely using Royal Mail, there prices through ebay are more competitive than ever compared with Evry and Yodel. I prefer Royal Mail for stuff being delivered to me as well (I like my local postman) and the main reason is that no courier will ever ring my ring doorbell and just dump everything outside the front door in any weather!

To increase your selling limit, use, what you've got, and request more. They should give you few more, 2-5 usually.
Then you need to sell something, and chase customer for feedback. As soon, as you've got the feedback, request upping the limit. Sell, deliver, get feedback, request. There's no other way. You can literally request it every 2-3 days, provided you've sold something, it was delivered, and you've got feedback.
On my wife's account, she was in 500+ limit within first month, so it's possible.
If you won't request it, they'll only up it once a month.

Can I say I love your content. I've sold plenty of books online before but not to the extent you do. I had plenty of good hauls from The Saleroom but nothing was that cheap. I mainly sold on Amazon until last year. Unfortunately due to cost of living/massive mortgage increase I have to concentrate 100% on my proper job (I'm self employed surveyor) Bloody miss the reselling I do!

Yodal for most items although Royal Mail if it needs to go to NI, Highlands, Jersey or It is a breakable item as I sell books and other items. I'm in the east midlands and in many places, it can be £1 - £1.50+ a book

Yodel are horrible to use, always the slowest. Evri are OK, may be a day behind the Royal Mail but never had a issues.

Are you a Business seller on Ebay?
The fees are killing me, i changed over from personal and its 36p on a listing and everything else seems dearer by like 2-5% :(

They definitely take a bigger chunk as a business seller. I use the mid level shop subscription that’s about £90 a month that gives me 1500 free listings and then extras are only 6p each. The basic level is about £30 and gives you 250 free listings then 12p each after that. You can do the math but if you’ve got 100+ listings then probably worth getting a shop. A few other benefits as well such as seller hub and the promotions you can run. Final fees are still the same but definitely gives you a good base to build from. Good luck.

Hi, I can go weeks between sales on any particular author and then they sell in a flurry. Just be patient or you can try tweaking your title or pics. Good luck.
