Thank you for this video! I had the exact same experience and thought it was just me. Vegamour was all good until after the wash and blow dry. My hair felt heavy and dull by day two, it was getting brassy and I noticed more hair falling out. Of course, I stopped using it and went back to my favorite shampoo and conditioner, Actsyl. I have not tried Evolvh but plan to.
thanks for sharing! It was something I had to test over and over again myself just to be sure I was absolutely positive what was happening so I hear you and it's not just you!
Thanks Britt. I do use the Evolve detangler. It works pretty well. For conditioner i use the Coco and Eve pre-poo treatment. My hair is fine so this works well for me. I am currently using Briogeo combines w/ a caffein shampoo and Nizoral, an anti fungal shampoo. I jhenna my hair. Are you using henna or regular hair dye?
I use Madison Reed on my hair, it's not perfect by any means, but I find it to be pretty effective and I don't have to color too often : ) Here's a link to their site: madison-reed.sjv.io/5gzXz3
Thank you for this review Brit! Been wondering about Vegamour shampoo & conditioner, I am currently about to try the Biotene H-24 shampoo & conditioner. Have you tried the Biotene brand? I am looking to grow my hair and thicken it, as I got major thinning out in the top front of my scalp 😢
oh no, sorry to hear it. I think that's a question for someone who knows a bit more about post partum hair loss- I'm certainly not the expert. I have found that the holistic approach works best, there are a ton of variables.
hey girl, coming from someone who just lost all her hair to postpartum, my best advice would be to look into a multivitamin or hair vitamin and to braid your hair at night to reduce hair loss. I've had two babies and with my first one I didn't do anything and it took forever but with my second baby, I feel like my hair has been growing faster.
Hi Britt, You make great videos! Now you've got me curious about the Evolvh range. I need to finish my current Malibu-C hard water wellness shampoo first. It's OK , but nothing "Wow worthy". I have fine, wavy hair that needs volume & resists curling. It definitely benefits from a lightweight conditioner. Which Evolvh products would you recommend? Also, do you know if they're having any Black Friday deals?
Thanks! I've liked their volumizing and ultrashine lines. They have a spend/get promo on (not my favorite), but they're also on sale at Safe & Chic right now: bit.ly/49MdiIn 💜
Evolvh's ultrashine is on my favorites list for this! www.thestyleshaker.com/favorites But also, for my hair, tools also make a massive difference. Still though, my hair loves Evolvh.
