What types of hits are allowed when - particularly when shooting 2. There isn't many videos detailing equipment in detail. How do different sticks play? Low bow vs other shapes. 100% carbon vs mixed. Why do I see some people tape near the toe of the stick? Should I get a glove?

they use white field hockey tape or zinc oxide tape. some dragflickers are painting the face of there stick white aswel
they use the tape to reduce the spin on the ball when trapping for shortcorners
