Yeah and I’m beyond overwhelmed as I lost my 26 year old daughter September the 5th of 2020!! She had been clean for 8 months!! Left rehab early & 11 days later she overdosed on fentanyl in a motel room all by herself!! My heart & life forever has just been shattered and destroyed forever!!

It's relatable to me because everyone at my school nags me about how perfect my life is and in fact, they know nothing about me. It's kind of ironic as to how I was just telling myself 'Don't cry, you have the strength to not do it in front of others so you shouldn't do it when you're on your own. Many others have it worse than you, you should stop complaining.'

The beat is not my cup of tea, but I love the song just the same. I like lyrics more than I like music itself and the lyrics of this song speak to me. I really like her music.
Not all her songs have this sort of beat, if you’re new and don’t know :) check out some of her other stuff (my favorite songs are “Savior” and “Midnight” but I also recommend “All I Know” and everything else she’s done)

Thank you for this song! It makes me realize that I can pull through the hard times and how others have it much worse than me even when my problems are pulling me down. It's okay to cry but you also must be able to learn to be strong. Being weak is okay sometimes but not in all situations.

Wow, that's me. I literally can't cry in front of others (just when I'm in a realy bad panic attack, but that's horrible). No matter how hard I try to show my real feelings - I just can't. I smile, while I'm going crazy inside because of the pain and all the memories (even now in the mental hospital). I feel so trapped inside my mind. The only way I can show some feelings is by making music.

Maybe it's crazy that I put these personal things out there, but I guess I just hope that by spreading my experiences, some of you feel less alone in their struggle...

Update, I still listen to this song 😂🎉 I drove for 2 hours the other night bc my emotions overwhelmed me and I went flatline (emotionally). So I went on a drive at midnight, just went north, blasting this song at max volume going 80 the whole way. She helped me turn back around ❤
