One doubt
The electrical syllabus is said to be tougher then how the cgpa works for that , cs is said to be easy and many people will get good cgpa. What about electrical people

Hi bits alumni aka aarav, please don't ignore, it's gonna be long. I got 94.96 percentile in Jee mains and 190 score in bitsat(I could get msc. physics). I do have other options like going to local college through ts eamcet 3k rank(state examination) in which I could get a college which has an average package of 7-8LPA. My parent income is around 5.5lpa and I'm looking forward to get the sbi scholarship loan in bits (which provide you upto 50 lakhs of loan without collateral). I'm really interested in coming to bits. I've researched everything about dual degree, saw almost every post in quora about dual degree, I calculated the total fees, asked many bitsians about required cgpa to get cs as dual required and many more. Now I know what it takes to be a cs holder as a dualite and I'm ready to sacrifice my first year. Now if I get good cgpa say 8.6-8.7, then I could get cs and 40% scholarship is mcn, I could even try for 80% mcn which would reduce the fees to as low as an eamcet college would take. I don't have a better option which is as good as bits. So my doubt is that is it worth taking the loan? Or join in ts eamcet.
Considering the facts:
Fees: EamcetEamcet
Campus: Bits > eamcet
Facilities: Bits>eamcet
Peer: Bits ~ eamcet
Scholarship: Bits >>>>>>>>>>>>>> eamcet (almost nil)
(Note: my parents are happy to send me to any college).

Hello Bhaiya... I have a few questions. please answer these. It would be a great help.
1. There is an addition 12000 fee per semester. Has it been included with the mess fees in the excel sheet because the actual mess fee is around 10000 per semester as per the pdf.
2. What all has been included in other additional fees? Is it just bits fee or does it include personal expenses too?? And how have you calculated it?
3. The tution fee of PS/ Summer term has been included but have you included the mess/ hostel fee of summer term?
4. Do we need to pay extra for accomodation or anything during practice schools? Or is it all included?
5. Last, can you guide on how much average personal expenses can be there for a person... It varies from person to person but on average for 5 years.

You have to get cgpa which lies in top 5 of that branch! If 5 people of that branch only have got 10 cgpa, you can not get promoted to that branch

@@sathvikabakam7413 no i contacted the adminstration they said before tax gross and all sources income it should be less than 11lakhs till the last year and u should get above 9.5 cgpa for 60 percent or 80 percent scholarship

if she want's to stay for 1-2 days, you can accomodate her in your alloted room, otherwise you can book the hotels there.
