I can't even comment to explain the reason why they keep having the debate 😭 The only thing I can say is it has to do with the Korean language and having a different concept of the "word" depending on what they are referring to, some are thinking of the word in itself, and others think of the word plus the cheek part ("word"-cheeks). This is because there is no Korean word for "word"-cheeks, so they use "word" to refer to both concepts, hope it makes sense...
