You need a garden waste removal sideline, don't know if you watch GD & sons where he scraps, waste removal and cleans driveways... to name 3 things he does. How about a lawn service.. buy a ride-on like scrapfarm has, 2 acres is $300. Window cleaner is another thing. My window cleaner is done in 2 mins, water, soap everything in the van.. charges £5 for the front. House clearance is another thing. Contact the relevant local councils and put yourself forward for contracts. Always looking for people to clear fly tippping.. contact relevant offices. be happy.
I've got a Luton mercedes that I used to use before covid hit I did removals but now I'm guna get it converted and get into scrapping cars so that might be an idea boss keep up the good work ♻️😁
Greetings Vandal Vlogs. I'm in the van & ready for the next adventure. GOD BLESS you always. PLEASE be CAREFUL in this humid weather. Be safe, kind, healthy & blessed always.
It must be frustrating not having storage/somewhere to work out of. That would open up reselling. I’m sure a lot of what you throw away at the scrap yard works. If you offered delivery at a small cost you could combine it with scrapping.
Start collecting pallets as well Vandal, money in those as well. Also items thrown out & discarded, (not scrap), which are serviceable can be sold on. I came across 50 bamboo canes & over 20 large plastic plant tubs last week & they sold. It all mounts up. Best of luck to you 👊
Don't give up vandal. You are your own worst enemy. Keep striving forward. If you do go on to other ventures, don't totally give up the scrap game. It's how a lot of us found you in the first place and came to care about you. When your new ventures take off, throw us a bone now and then with a scrap run.
I'm not giving up I just need a better way to make use of the time with less wishful thinking which street scrapping basically is. It's been hard for not much. I need to think of something else 🤔
Good videos mate , give your card out to plumbers , electricians, car repair garages etc. for scrap metal, copper , brake discs etc they know it may be valuable but can they be bothered to weigh it in probably not . Good luck anyway Mr Fox the scrap gods will shine on you
Have a look round some of the industrial estate if you go down Alington Lane there is metals on the left hand side my brother has a building yard and they’re always stuff about 👍
Hungry ghost, empty feeling inside, scrap isn't going to make you rich for sure...keep thinking, keep moving, keep going, at least you're out there trying to make it work that's awesome and respect to you but change what you need to change for you. Hugs and prayers Foxy x
Hey vandal hope your keeing well me and Verity live your videos. We wondered what your future plans are as could be interested in helping if we can and also if you still had the allotment or did it fall through because of the paperwork side
I still have the allotment but I think I will need to let it go as it requires 2 things I don't have, time and money. The future plans at the moment is to get the van paid off and start saving for a unit or some kind of place to work from and make noise lol.
WOW BRO that BMX is worth a lot of CASH I’m sure it’s a Raleigh burner 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 $$$$££££300 on gumtree & it would sell very fast BIG RESPECT bro 👍🏻😎👊🏻💯🔥🔥🔥
It's not a burner it has fish gill neck support the burners is round and it came with mag 2's. This doesn't have the Raleigh badge on the front either just a sticker. I remember a kid up the street had one when I was a kid but I cant find anything on it not even a picture.
@@thetravellingtokers6385 It's not a fishbone. I just checked the fishgill trademark online and it was first registered in may 1981 in germany as class 12 Cycles and parts and fittings. It looks like that part may have been manufactured here in the uk under licence by Potter Clarkson LLP The Belgrave Centre, Talbot Street, Nottingham, NG1 5GG, United Kingdom. Doesn't tell me where the bike was made or what it's called. I'll get on some bmx forums and see if anyone can help.
Yeah mate you have a collectible bike 👍🏻👍🏻it’s worth good cash & im buzzin for you 👊🏻 & good to see your doing a bit of home work on the bmx it will pay off 👍🏻😎👍🏼 BIG RESPECT 💯
I looked into renting a container they were asking 130 a month for a small one and 200 for a large but the large one is half the size of a normal container. 👎
Other ideas advertise man and van ,your van is big enough to do single items removals ,it would substitute the scrap as well ,always try an advert on FB YOU NEVER KNOW VANDAL 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧John
perhaps start a local Forum, to bounce off ideas. I offered some small bits of metal, *some from a local fly tip) to another tube blogger, and they didn't even answer my email. They frequently state they offer the best prices, but not to me. Its not easy getting a business off the ground or maintaining one.
Hey buddy I'm just catching up. I've not done anything last week.very slow for me. For me I could live on 300 but I don't have a mortgage to pay now. Good luck chin up. It's a tough ole game.
hi mate, i used to do the scrap metal , but i had side earners on the side. i had a contact for flatscreen tvs (five pound for up to 32inch and ten pound for over 32 inch) also i had a contact for push bikes, i would collect them in my garage and a guy would come and give me a fiver or tenner a bike depending if child or adult. this extra money would push my income up to 1000 a week, ask some questions in your area to see if there are contacts like that for you to exploit.
That works out more than £300 a week. Got to way up the pros and cons i guess. You are your own boss. Go out early finish early. Just way it up.🙏🏼👍. Could do a bit of removal work or do what G D do and do a clear up. Just ideas
I actually bought one last year to get into cars I only have half of it left though at the moment (long story) I'd also have to get a tow bar fitted which isn't cheap.
@@Vandal-Vlogs that’s 6 days a week? Not a bad hourly wage but after fuel, insurance and maintenance I’m sure it’s just ok. But positive note, you do what you want when you want. 😄 just think you could work in a shop and make £8 😝
I want to get away from roofing don't mind doing the odd job. I would only do waste removal if I had another van or tipper I couldn't do both with one van.
new sub here the vids are awesome dose exactly what it says on the tin fill the van up with scrap weigh it in and show us how much you get brilliant :P
You don't often gat anyone to help you load your scrap. So proud of you for working so hard.
Thanks Sara 💖

In England you can never block peoples driveways lad
Maybe a shipping container somewhere for a workshop. Cheaper than a unit and no rates.

I could live on 300 just but to save a bit and invest a bit in a workshop I need a bit more meat on the bone if you know what I mean.

I had a look on fb for those kind of contacts. I even put a post up but didn't get any interest. I so demo and roofing as well.
You can do car boot sales or resell things on ebay
Bootsales are a plan for the future but I am very low on storage at the moment.

What about garden clearance good money in it and you get to keep any metal 💸👍
How about the GD and sons model of business, drive way cleaning rubbish removal etc etc
Loving the long vlogs, you need work with scrap cars, maybe purchase a car dolly lots of cash in catalytic converters,

Dam that snail 🐌🐾🐌
Question is how many hours did it take you to make the £550?
Take the time to break down the motors and transformers. It seriously adds up
A good 6 to 8 hours a day I'd say

Vandal take your keys out with you one day someone will just come along and drive off gives me anxiety watching you leave the keys in the van 😅
What is the plan ? 👍✌🏻🤟🦊
i do scrap metal on the side to waste of time just collect it on the way round to my lawns

Welcome 😁✌
One man and a van 2-3 days per week plus scrapping rest of the week that's what I'd do in you're situation buddy.
Multiple income streams scrap resell removals waste and ebay pick ups.
Think you could be Doing 800 combined
HI BUDDY HAVE YOU THOUGHT ABOUT REMOVING RUBBISH?
Only if I had another vehicle it would be a nightmare with just the one van. I done it years ago with a luton van and an ldv tipper.
Loving the content have you thought about doing something similar to gd & SON
How your allotment doing
I gave it up I'm afraid.
If you would not drive so erratically that scrap might sit still. LOL.
My driving is perfect in every way 😁
You pay tax on scrap in the U.K.?? We get cash in Ireland and it is gloooorious
yep afraid so 😒
First !
Fair play to you my bro 1st🏆

Be a lorry driver mate
Yeah and sit in all the traffic jams everyday with the clock ticking!!!😒
Getting paid for sitting in that traffic
More traffic more money
Easy money just drive and earn and no expenses tax paid weekly
It aint easy money
I meant lorry driving
I did say that in previous comment
