First ; i think you will be qualifying neet.
Regarding seat and Councelling ; It will be little tough for you to get seat but as i have shown, the 71 points candidate had got seat in BPT Jammu and some candidates had also got other courses with less than 100 points.
So You just have keep an eye on the JKBOPEE notifications and do the same.

437 marks having rba kya govt bums mai admission milaiga agar milaiga tu kon sa college becoz ek hi govt bums ganderbal hai jiska pechlai saal cutoff 448 huwa.. so please sahi guidance dena
See my friend, i dont have enough knowledge regarding BUMS, i can only give you info which i get through official notifications, as you told the last year cut off was more than you have scored in neet, but i can see the difference in marks is not huge, if i were you, i try to go for councelling and try my best, you also told that you have rba so there are chances as compared to open merit students.
So my suggestion to you would be go for councelling and hope for best, even if you didnt get a seat, you wouldn't be regretting after a year, at least you tried.

As i have mentioned and shown you in the video that even 71 points students gave got seat in BPT/ Physiotherapy Course last year, So yes you can have some hope.

Sorry my friend, i dont think so because Composite Regional Centre, Bemina is a government college, you have to give NEET exam to get admission in it..

There are two colleges for BPT in kashmir; a) CRC Bemina , b) GMC Srinagar.
For Getting a seat in CRC Bemina You have to Give NEET Exam and for getting admission in GMC Srinagar you have to give JKBOPEE Entrance Exam.

Regarding Fee structure ; First Year It will Be around 45 thousand, and then remaining 3 years; around 20 thousand/ year.( It is roughly calculated it might vary )

If You Are Talking About MBBS and BDS, there are very little chances in 350 (OM).
But if you want any other course yes you have very much chances in getting a seat, like e.g If You want to join Physiotherapy Course then yes you can get the Govt Institution i.e CRC Bemina.

I don't know if AIQ includes BPT or not, but i suggest you to apply for councelling , and if you are from J&K there are very much chances you may get a seat in Jammu College Of Physiotherapy.

497 om bams milega Bhai...2023.. GaMc jammu ya jiar jammu
Last year it was around 450 (for BAMS- GAMC Jammu) and 310 (for BAMS- JIAR Jammu) both in Open Merit.
So yes you can hope for good.

Last year it was around 120 BUMS (Open Merit) in KTC. For RBA it would be below than 120.

JIAR- Jammu for BAMS,( possibly). Rest depends on cut off, Number of students and number of seats.

If you get a chance for counseling never leave it. Regarding seat ; there are some chances(if we see last year cut off) for various courses like BPT, BUMS, BAMS.
College ; For BPT there are only 2 colleges (one in Jammu and one in kashmir)
For other courses I don't have much knowledge (sorry for that)

Which college is best: As i was from kashmir for i preferred crc bemina which is in kashmir, i dont have any much info about jammu college of physiotherapy, but yes jammu college is private and crcr bemina is government college..

For first year it will be around 45 thousand, then for 3 years, it will be around 20 thousand/ year, So for 4.5 years it will be approx 90 thousand total.( It is for crc bemina, kashmir)
Hostel excluded, for hostel you have to go for renting a room, as there is no hostel in college.

Yes brother there are chances, you may get admission in a college but i think that will be financial seat.( For bpt in kashmir, i dont have any info about the category seats, but for bpt in jammu there are high chances, and for other courses i think you may get BUMS( financial seat) .

Financial Seat Means Fee Will Be High around 1.2 lakh/ year.
Regarding The BUMS, BAMS, BPT, you may surely get the admission, But Cant Say Nothing About BDS Category Cut Off.

You still have some chances to get seat, don't leave counseling.
Regarding dropping; see this is the thing which i can't decide, you know your values, you know how much you have gained by attempting the exam and know how much you loosed be giving exam, so if you have strength and have motivation inside you, then why not giving a second try, you can still try if you choose any course this time (like BAMS, BPT etc), you have almost a year.
But again i can show you the path but can't decide your path..

How many seat in bpt in college in kashmir
Through NEET it is total of 85 seats in two colleges.
Crc bemina kashmir (govt college) : total 25 seats,
Jammu college of physiotherapy ( private) : 60 seats..
