I also don't see it as that big of a deal. My high school wrestling team passed out and wore shirts that said "Veni, Vidi, Vici!" Which is also a popularly used quote from a dictator who killed many. Julius Caesar.
It's not like just because a quote came from someone evil, it can't be without wisdom. And if they said something of value, it shouldn't just be pushed aside because they were a bad person.
It's kind of like the saying, every cloud has a silver lining. Taking the good that came from the bad. And that's what I think ASJ is intending here. Don't glorify the dictator, but hold onto anything they said that was good.

The first selling point he offers right out of the gate, is that it has hitler quotes on it? This is literally the worst sales pitch for a clothing line I've ever heard. And makes me very concerned that the Red Power Ranger secretly wants to be the White Power ranger.

A lot of fans of Austin St John are asking him to drop this idea entirely or calling him out for it. All of those comments have disappeared from his Instagram, and Facebook. It’s only digging a deeper hole, and pissing MANY fans off. (MEDIA - pay attention to this part. His mods are doing this!!!!!!).
It shows that he has no respect at all towards those who are sensitive towards that subject.
This kind of behaviour is not appropriate and it’s not normal.
I honestly hope all the media and all fans call him out for this as it’s despicable.

I think this is being blown out of proportion. He didn't actually say he was using Hitler. He just said he had some good lines, which if you do the research then you'll see some quotes that you'd never imagine came from Hitler. He just said he was using terrible and infamous people and that could be people like Genghis Khan or Woodrow Wilson. Hitler is not the only evil guy in history. I bet if he said Mao then no one would have batted an eye.

If Walmart mistakenly had clothing where some troll slipped in some hitler quotes into the design of it, Walmart would probably immediately take the clothing line down and take a huge PR hit for letting that slip through. Meanwhile he's not only saying that his clothing line has that, but it's the first selling point he offers in his sales pitch. Which is why people are absolutely baffled and kinda concerned for the guy.

Yeah man. It's wild, having grown up hearing about the so-called feuds between ASJ and JDF, I don't know how or why, but it always seemed like everyone was pointing fingers at JDF for being the bad guy in it all. The past few years have been a whirlwind for revelations on these things. Don't know how it slipped through or what. People are getting up in arms over ASJ saying he is going to produce shirts with quotes from Hitler. Ignoring the fact that he said the line is going to include quotes from warriors, both good and bad. He isn't looking up to Hitler, he isn't pro-Nazi. He acknowledged that Hitler was a horrible person. He is just saying that he had some powerful quotes. And no matter how deplorable Hitler was as a historical figure, and how attrocious what he did was... You also gotta remember that he came to power for a reason. He was considered a likable guy by many of the time, he appealed to the masses of Germany in the 30's and 40's. He had to do something right to get into a possition where he could do something so horrible.
So if you don't like it... Don't buy the shirt. That easy. I won't be buying it! But I am not going to condemn a man for making the shirts, especially if that man acknowleges that the person they are quoting was evil.
Hell, people love Tupac, even though he basically worshiped Niccolo Machiavelli, who despite being a bit of an enigma, literally wrote the book on how to gain power through being a monster.

As of yesterday, ASJ pled guilty to "conspiracy to commit wire fraud"
People are taking this a little to far. I get the backlash, because it's fricking Hitler, but Austin never said Hitler or the nazis were good, he called Hitler a demon on steroids. He just said Hitler had some good one liners. Historically, I think that's correct sadly. Remember, Hitler and nazi Germany made Volkswagen, but people still buy those cars and some are American automobile icons. We just don't associate them with Hitler because we take the good out of the bad. Jason is doing the same with quotes. He has good intentions, just very thin ice to be walking on.
I know I wouldn't sell Hitler quotes personally because Hitler was just too horrible and it's thin ice as I said. That's why a lot of people support the Jews and Israel now. (Unless you're a "free Palestine" freak on Twitter. Some of those people say things that make you question their stance on Jews.😬)

The problem is that when people comment about on it on his social media and say hey this is a bad idea that post is removed. Even if it’s a respectable post. It’s removed and the user is blocked.
That’s why fans are mad. He’s unfairly removing posts that talk about it, and he’s blocking those posts.
That’s not okay at all. Blocking and removing fans for calling him out on it is making that situation much worse than it needs to be.
So if he’s going to treat his fans like that he’s not worthy of being worshipped or supported.
To the fans that think this is not a big deal not at then please look at his social media page for yourself. And check to see if anything mentions this.
It’s how he’s going about it that’s adding fuel to the fire.

Calling him a racist would be unfair and is not the right approach.
The right approach is to call him about for blocking all fans posts that relate to the above.
Calling him out for blocking Jewish fans, and calling him out for not putting out an apology video or talking directly to the fans about it.
Calling him out for not caring about his owns fans opinions. That’s why he’s in hot water.
He’s silent right now as he’s hoping it’s going to go away and people will forget about it. But almost 2 weeks after he said it the internet is still talking about it.

@Supernintendomaster once as a joke but he and David were close friends up until JDF'S death so wasn't too bad of a prank. He even stayed at JDF's house before. JDF played pranks on everyone, not just David but they were in fun, never hurtful
Crew members harassed him,not the cast members, except maybe Austin St John, he may have, but the others had no issue with him
