Seasoning and Steam Cleaning a Lang BBQ Smoker

First order of business after the Lang 60 deluxe Mobile unit was delivered was to get it steam cleaned and seasoned. This protects the steel from rust inbetween cooks. It's important to keep the unit clean and well seasoned.
