Motorola company research on six Sigma and found that if our process work long time on six Sigma,then process can shift up to 1.5 either in left or in right.so we are considering 1.5 shifting.
Because of min value is critical value. For example, suppose you are going by car in narrow road (street) have both side wall. One side less gap between wall and car and one side more gap between car and wall. Less gap side chance to hit the car to wall, so less value is more critical.
Cpk value depend on process variation and Cp value. Yes, It is possible Cpk value 4 if cp value is more than 4 and tolerance value given more. Please watch my video Cp & Cpk how to calculate ?

It is not possible. For example - If one part A divided by two parts B & C, how it's possible that B or C will be greater than A. This example is only for your understanding. Regards

Sir cpk value is always less than cp ?? What happens if vakue of cpk will greater than cp ??
It is not possible.
For example -
