one habit i have started doing that is really powerful is instead of listening to music listening to audiobooks is better because you can pick up on much more information and be very knowledgable and even if you don't pay that much attention to what you are hearing your subconscious will pick up on things you will find important and you will end up remembering those things more than other things.
