I lost my mom June 18th 2024 from a heart attack we knew she wasnt healthy but she was only 53...her 54th birthday was august 14th...it's been really rough I've stayed with them for the past few years due to a situation they helped me from and after she passed my dad wouldn't even look or talk to me for almost a week cause I look alot like her..I'm still staying with my dad and I'm here to make sure he's ok even if I work to much my dad will stop in at my work if he needs anything my dad turned 60 on August 25th they worked alot when we all were younger but my mom was my best friend and my dad's rock so it's been awful...this song fits me and my situation to a T...thank you I also lost my exs mom my sons grandma to breast cancer...and alot of people. I always liked this song. It had special meaning to me because I am a harness horse race fan. When this song came out there was a female trotting horse that won a lot of races. Due to the lyrics saying I am not going to break my stride it made me think of that horse. In harness racing a horse can’t break stride and win. Although trotting horses break stride sometimes this horse almost never did so whenever I heard this song I always thought of this horse winning races and not breaking her stride.

I always liked this song. It had special meaning to me because I am a harness horse race fan. When this song came out there was a female trotting horse that won a lot of races. Due to the lyrics saying I am not going to break my stride it made me think of that horse. In harness racing a horse can’t break stride and win. Although trotting horses break stride sometimes this horse almost never did so whenever I heard this song I always thought of this horse winning races and not breaking her stride.
