what can infer about the dinosaurs? the dinosaurs are the topic title of the whole passage and there are many different things about it in the paragraph?

I think in order for me to understand the whole sentence, I need to look into the meaning of the word infer, imply and suggest. Then I can understand and properly answer the question.
