I love this planner, it’s aesthetically appealing I had to have it. I purchased it and already started filling it out. I know it took a long time to make it so I didn’t mind paying the price. Thank you for such a beautiful planner!
Thank you so much, that makes me incredibly happy to hear! I found myself working around the clock on this planner because I kept coming up with new ideas and exciting things I wanted to include :)
This must have taken you so long to put together. It's amazing and I really appreciate that it has so many items to allow you to customize your planner. As we all know it takes a lot of trial and error to figure out what works for you.
Almost two months 😅 my main goal was to create a planner that was universal but also provided enough options so it can be customized as needed. I’m so happy that came across and I appreciate all your kind words!
Thank you for making this! I've been very unsure about digital planning because the ones I see online are two busy and overwhelming for someone like me. But this one looks so clean and has all the things I need.
Thank you, that makes me so happy to hear! My main goal with this planner was to keep it simple yet full of features so you can plan as little or as much as needed
This is amazing! I bought this planner a couple months ago, and LOVE IT! So excited to use it next year. Please do more videos like this! I love to see how people plan and use their planners!
wow ok im so buying this for next year. when i first saw the price i was kinda shocked considering it's not physical but nothing beats the simple minimalistic style you've gone for and i can't imagine the amount of time and effort it took to do all those hyperlinks and everything! i've only just converted to digital planning and this makes me so excited you've really included every tiny planning detail for crazy obsessive people like me! :D
Thank you so much! The new planner combines all of our 2021 planner designs, and I've included so many more page templates and digital stickers. I wanted it to have as many options and features as possible. Excited for you to try it out! :)
I purchased this planner and am in the process of setting it up. I love it! So thorough. I love how it includes space for both work and personal in one place. Thank you so much for sharing how you use the pages as well. I love the monthly overview part that includes ideas for life balance in focus areas. Please keep the products coming.
Absolutely fantastic! I have been struggling with switching over from a paper bujo to a digital one. I like to keep things simple and this is it. I'm using the free version/sample and it's working great. I was worried that it might not work with my Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 lite but it works great and seamlessly with Samsung note. I will definitely be purchasing the full version. I'm excited! Thanks for all the work you put into this.
Thank you so much for all your kind words! I am glad to hear it has been working well with Samsung Note as well. The new 2023 planner has the option to select a bullet page for the daily layout. This might be a good option for you coming from a paper bujo! 😊
@@DashPlanner I went on to purchase the undated planner and I have officially made the switch to this digital planner from my paper one. Yay. I'm loving adding pages to suit my needs and making you pages work for me. Thanks again. Looking forward to 2023!
This is my 3rd year using digital planners and first time I get yours, it has everything I could ask for in a very simple, accesible way. Will continue to buy and recommend. My favorite so far. Thank you!
I purchased this planner and love it! I was having trouble finding something that was completely vertical and easy to navigate because I use my phone a lot with it. This is absolutely perfect! Thank you so much!
I've been trying to keep a bullet journal (paper) for 6 months and got my new ipad and apple pencil yesterday. after i found this video, i had to buy your template right away! it looks amazing!!! I look forward to more videos from you. Greetings from Germany.
This is a great example of Life Planning! (For others). In an analogy, this is like an invoice, creating a checklist of everything that needs to happen... just be careful with the selection criteria, every task we add is how life will invoice us back!
I subscribed because I was thoroughly impressed by your marketing game. “DashPlanner” on your Apple Pencil as a subtle reminder of the channel name? Brilliant.
Very well done. I had been making my own digital planners for the past few years, but the clean look and the very well thought out navigation links of your planner create something far superior to what I had created. I’m happy to purchase your planner for 2022. I know the amount of work and planning you had to put into this in order to produce such a quality product.
Digital planners seem like such a simple concept but really there’s so much hyperlinking and UX design that goes on in the backend. Thanks so much for noticing and taking the time to share your kind words!
I do hard copy bullet journaling, but I am SO GETTING this. I just got a large iPad Pro to practice drawing and creative lettering (beginner here), but I’d love to ALSO do digital planning as well. Depending on my new job, I may or may not be able to take an iPad in (I work in Corrections), so I will continue to do hard copy bullet journaling as my work planner (I’m moving now, so I’m not using it as much). This is awesome, and I can even take some of the examples from this digital planner and incorporate into my bullet journal. So, it becomes useful in multiple ways. You worked very hard in creating this!!
Thank you so much!! Since planning isn't a one-size fits all type of deal, I'm a big supporter of combining paper and digital planning to find the perfect combination that works best for you! Excited for you to try it out :)
Interesting idea. Bought subscription in Notability, will try this planner 👍 But are you guarantee to update templates every year? Do you have plans for new designs? Or every new year design will be same, just only wit calendar updates?
As long as Notability keeps asking me to, I will always update the planner for the subscription. I also make improvements and additions to the planner every year 😊
Notability has a post on their website that shows how to use one of our digital planners in their app: support.gingerlabs.com/hc/en-us/articles/360054385231-2021-Dash-Portrait-Planner
I purchased it and have been loving it so far. Quick question, is there any way I can add more projects in addition to the 9 that I already have? I have tons of different projects to work on, and being able to add some more would make this great feature even greater. Thanks!
there are no weekly preview and monthly preview and review and even the monthly trackers in the Notability version where we get the planner when we subscribe .....where or how to access those
Thank you!! I’m afraid the times on the daily page are part of the template’s design and can’t be changed. The goal pages can be duplicated if you find yourself needing more :)
I always use stickers to cover or relabel things I don't like. Set up some number stickers to fix the times, group them all together. Save as an element/sticker wherever you prefer, then place that sticker on the daily page when you need it.
also i downloaded a lot of your freebies yesterday and i'm having issues with all of the icon and sticker packs other than the grey sticky notes. when i click on them in my files, the zip file won't open into individual png's. not sure how to fix this any help would be much appreciated!
Most of the freebies come with a sticker book file for GoodNotes and/or a croppable sticker sheet PNG. This video: ruclips.net/video/BdqFX9iXoYA/видео.html goes over how to use the different file types!
Around the 10:30 mark of this video I show how to copy and paste page templates. You can also select "Current Template" under the "Add Page" menu to make a duplicate of the page you're currently on
You can designate one of the section dividers to journaling, but unfortunately, the pages won't be hyperlinked back to certain days. You can also decorate and add color to the planner using digital stickers, the pen, and highlighter tools
I’ve tested it out on the reMarkable 2, and you can click through and mark up the planner. However, I don’t believe you can add/copy/paste pages or use the digital stickers
I am currently using your Undated Academic planner, and love it, but pages and sections do get cluttered with overlap. You seem to have addressed this issue with dedicated finance sections and other sections while keeping dedicated blank sections. Would you consider making an undated academic planner with dedicated finance and other sections like you have here? I would consider that a significant upgrade and would purchase it Edit: In fact, if this exact planner was undated and had up to 10 blank sections instead of 5, and had the academic pages available, I would probably replace the academic planner with this one
Thanks so much! I likely won’t be making an undated version of this planner, since I like to make improvements and additions every year and a dated planner is currently the only way for me to do that. However, I will be releasing an academic version of this planner for 2022 soon!
While the planner is designed and tested for iPad, it can also be used on most Android tablets with a PDF-annotating app. The apps Xodo and Noteshelf are popular choices on Android.
I wish I had seen this one before I bought another one 😭 Have you already or do you plan to release the symptom tracker as a separate product? Or is it contained in some bundle you offer? That is sorely missing from my current planner

I might be missing a step, but I downloaded this to Notability, and I can't find the Monthly overview page (at 5:09 in this video). Has it been removed, or is it just due to me using Notability instead of GoodNotes?
Sadly, digital planners do not auto-populate like smart calendars (Google Calendar or iCal) so you’ll need to copy and paste any events you’d like to appear on multiple pages :)
I would love this planner, but every time I write in my goals it doesn’t save the docs, so I’ve wasted hours doing it twice, still it doesn’t save. Please can you advise me on this?
@@DashPlanner I am so sorry, I couldn’t find this post once I’d found that it is all saved. Big apology. It had saved, it’s just that I’d created additional empty pages which I mistook for my originals. This Dash planner is brilliant

I thought November and December 2021 came with this? I bought it and I only received the 2022 planner. If not how do I get it? Also what is the password to get the freebies?
Hi! The 2022 planner is dated for 2022. If you send me an email: hello@thedashplanner.com, I can send you our digital monthly calendar to use for the remainder of 2021 and the password to the freebies library!
If you run out of space on a particular page while writing , is it possible to extend the page or if not what do you do. Is it possible to type text wherever you want to instead of using the pencil! Does this work with GoodNotes 5? Thanks
Hi! Yes, you can add text anywhere using the text tool instead of writing with the Pencil. And if you ever run out of room, you can insert a new page using GoodNotes’ “add page” menu :)
Most of the steps are similar for Notability, but this video also show clips in Notability for when they differ (copy/pasting pages, digital stickers, etc.)
