BIAB is the way forward. I’ve been having it for around 5 years - can be taken off but is best soaked off. Lasts 4 weeks or so. Can have them freshened up beforehand x

Hey lovely, only just watched this video! I started my BIAB journey a year ago and it’s changed my life! My nails are now so strong and long after years of them being damaged! It is 100% worth it, and you can reverse the process and have the BIAB removed so easily as it’s just a gel coating! I would 100% try it if you’re considering it 🤍

I have Biab! I changed from acrylics, to gel, to Biab. They don’t chip at all it also helps with growth and isn’t damaging like acrylics. I haven’t tried taking them off though I’d assume it’s harder as it’s a very thick coating of gel!! But defo try if you hate how much your nails chip xx
My nails were weak as hell so I always got acrylics because I wanted long nails and gel on my short nails didnt last very well. I went on holiday for 3 weeks last year so got biab so that they would last, and I have never gone back. My natural nail length is the same as my acrylic length was, and people are always really surprised when I tell them my nails are real because of the length! I would really recommend it!
Love BIAB. I have the weakest nails. They rarely chip now because theyre stronger. Also if you want to grow them a bit BIAB is such a massive help. My nails are so nice now and I dont get extensions anymore!

I have loved Vlogmas, it has been my escape from all the December madness of kids school admin and work. Thanks Emily. Also I love BIAB, I have mine refreshed every 3/4 weeks and have had minimal nail breakages in the time I’ve had it (approx 18 months). My natural nails are also really strong underneath.
