The courts summon people against their God given free will to refuse not to go, if you don't show up, you go to jail or pay fine or both, it's called entrapment! Tell the court system to pick college students/graduates that have or currently studied law, criminal behavior/ psychology and they will get their experts.

is your name spelled using all capitals on the summons? If so it does not pertain to you as a flesh and blood living breathing human being. You don't have to answer to that.
Just tell them you dont even live there anymore. They cant summon you pretty sure. And even if they could just say "I already know whos guilty" or some other dumb sht and you are immediate kicked off.
The 11 who didn’t show up today all got bench warrants & the whole thing was traumatic too lol and was like musical chairs. They would kick off some that were selected that they didn’t feel fit and then call another name each time to fill in the spot 😳
@@jessica3218 It basically means that you know that even if all the evidence shows that the person is guilty you and the jury can still say they're not guilty. Once that happens the crime they may or may not have committed cant be appealed. They would prefer if the jury wasnt aware of this.
Have your doctor send a letter to the court. Ive done it many times but im disabled so it may work for me but may not work for you but it doesnt hurt to try or ask

Jury duty is actually illegal, 1 I am not a government employee nor a county worker, it's against Americans civil rights to be forced to serve the government unwillingly, unless he/ she volunteer for the government act . The only duty that is valid is when Americans are forced to serve this country as a government employee or a civilian soldier would be to protect this country from foreign aggression in times of war. There is no law in America's constitution that Americans are required to attend an admiralty court system.
How are they empanelling you as a juror on a court case before you have even physically presented yourself to the court?? I thought (like in my country) you turn up on the requested day(s) for jury duty, they then select 40 of those people at random to present to a court case, where 12 are selected at random to be empaneled on the jury (with lawyers on each side being able to reject you before your sworn in). Therefore you have to be physically present to be empaneled.
