I can't wait for this show, I love fucking James Marsden, plus the mockumentary is amazing for comedy and it has been revolutionized by The Office (UK, US and the other international adaptions of the show) and since then, it's inspired other shows like Parks and Rec, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, British show This Country, which was co-produced by Hulu and BBC that ran for three seasons and 20 episodes, pretty short, HBO Max's Stan Lets Flats, the HBO sitcom Curb Your Enthusiasm, Wellington Paranormal and its spinoff sister show What We Do in the Shadows, based on the 2014 New Zealand-American of the same name from Taika Waititi, the director of Thor: Ragnarok and Thor: Love and Thunder as well historical war satire comedy Jojo Rabbit, the short lived DC sitcom workplace series Powerless that aired on NBC in 2017 and ran for one season of 12 episodes before getting cancelled, pretty shocking, but whatever, looked pretty good and I haven't actually seen it before, but that's sad because I would've loved a good DC superhero themed sitcom in primetime on TV right now, that's sweet, the British comedy series People Just Do Nothing, the recently cancelled Netflix sitcom Blockbuster, named after and yes, focused on the very same company they drove out of business a few years ago, and even new shows like Abbott Elementary, and the US remake of This Country on Fox called Welcome to Flatch, about a pair of siblings named Shrub and Kelly documenting their lives and the daily happenings of their town called the Flatch, and it's a pretty good show to be honest! The mockumentary genre is pretty hot right now and I like because it allows for some pretty unique storylines to flourish in this style! And it's awesome, and I can't was for James to bring his signature brand of comedy to the table with show, it's going to rule, at least for me, in my opinion! It'll be great to see what he does in this show! Because he's just so good, such a funny guy and I like all of his other work in live action, too! He's been in animation before with The Boss Baby, which is for kids mostly, but it's alright, but I really like his live action work, he does such a good job there in that department! He's incredible! It's just genius, man!
Curb came out year before UK office. The genre itself first appeared on TV in 1957, long before any of the series you’ve mentioned. What we do in the shadows was a film first before it’s American tv series spin off and NZ tv series wellington.
I love how they went so far as to film scenes that he wasn't even there to witness, like that "jumping on the bed" scene. I thought he was gonna volunteer for that at first. I wonder if they had a script for if he had. Maybe that's why they went ahead and still filmed it with James. I busted out laughing when he asked them if that really happened
James is sooo cute, he has this great smile it he has this youthful smile.. the atmosphere reminds me of the Office. @@Aardydarling But then he told Ronald dont lead with Xmen because he wasnt the star.
Loved the whole show! Make more!!!! 😁
Omg I’ve been in love with James since X-MEN and I would’ve looked like a crazy fan girl on the documentary 😂😂
Omg me too he’s hot 🥵
o James é um ator incrível
Those chair pants are the most hilarious thing ever.
Why does she keep saying "MOVIE"? She doesnt know its a show or something? Or does she think shes on a movie during this interview?
Why didn't they ask more questions from Ronald? I'm way more interested on his perspective on the show
Oh my God this dude never stops talking!
Hilarious
Can’t wait for more episodes! 😂
I love this dude Ronald he is so awesome ❤
This is only the beginning!
James Marsden is a legend
Love the awkward pause from James and Ronald that would follow every time the female host referred to the show as a movie 😂
James you should have let Ronald talk more
If just most people in California were like Ronald it would be completely a different state
Great interview.
Not sure how Ronald really thought about James during the show, does he really think that James is this self-absorbed actor? lol.. Ronald seems really nice. I think they are trying to pick a guy is humble and that wouildn't mind bringing up and the audience will love. Love the show. its funny because the show is scripted but... can go anywhere because of Ronald.
That’s the beauty of real life vs fiction. He can believe someone is an entitled rich actor but still have redeemable qualities. Really it wasn’t until the cake flip incident that I think Ronald started to actually dislike him
James run on 30 rock is still my favorite thing he’s done. He’s so good in everything tho
I recognized Kirk Fox from Reservation Dogs, on episode 4 and show is excellent!
I recognized him right away from Parks and Rec
@@TheWurzelx3 That was a major faux pas
I can't help myself to think if this was also part of the series 😂😂
Mr. Gladden doesn't make a sound for 4 minutes. What a stud
lol what he’s talking 1 min in
James better take Ronald to the premier of the Pop-Tart movie.
I love this show. BRILLIANT
This has the office written all over it
Ronald still looks confused in this interview 😂
Lmaoo "attoneys who gave up their CAREERS to become actors"
hahaah it's really giving up their careers cause getting into acting it's so hard
This show only worked because they found the kindest most charming young man ever. If it were me, things would have gotten ugly
It would be dope if they did another season and had Ronald on the cast.
This show is like 'Candid Camera' on steroids. Love regular guy reactions to weird people and situations. Ron is a great sport.
