"allow notifications to confirm you're not a robot" is also a big one, then they hit you with that "you have a virus download this virus scanner"
Sometimes the viruses are fake via browser notifications too. If you enable notifications on the wrong site it can be hell but easily fixable if you understand what's going on. Usually those also tell you click here to fix the virus and then you download a legit virus but the fake virus can actually be crippling to your web browser.

@@michaelafosim9921 it’s relatively harmless, but it will try to convince the victim to download stuff by providing links. The reason it sends it to calendar is because it’s one of the few iOS apps that can pop up on the victim’s screen any time.

This happened to me, a pop up came up saying “add to calendar” and what it does is it ads a ton of calendar events to you phone that are set to go off at different times, and when you tap the buttons, they bring you to different scam websites. iPhones can get viruses
