i did not show it but i glued the plastic template on the door for a water barrier on each door.

I know you said that you used a Dremel tool to round the corners but did you actually cut the piece out of the 4 by 8 sheet of plywood using a razor knife instead of a jigsaw?

They are plastic push clips. I got a multi pack off ebay so i am not sure the name
Did you think about putting some reflectix on the inside as a vapor/radiant barrier?
That is a good idea too. I have some now on the ceiling.

Lol it was a drop of sweat and yes i cut the panels myself.
