The 1991 bill is unilateral to thrust moratorium on Hindu temples and as such an injustice to Hindus. India was not formed in 1947, it is 1000s of years old nation, civilization and culture. Temples are integral part of the cultural identity. So revival of temples is essential and can not be swept under the carpet of majoriterianism. It is not majoriterian, its plain and simple injustice.

So PoW Act is redundant 2) Once a place or structure comes under ASI, the PoW Act will not br applied to them 3) If one of the parties is non Muslims in a dispute, it cannot be heard by Wakf tribunal 4) Hindus have never stopped worshipping at the places so that makes the case stronger
