So I have watched hours and hours and hours of videos to better understand Moab for our upcoming trip. I can honestly say this video made me laugh more than any trail video I have watched period. However it was an "Every Day Joe's" perspective on trails which was awesome. The noises you guys made on obstacles had me in tears.... then you throw in the horn everytime... I lost it. You guys Rock!!! ( No pun intended )
I've done a lot of Jeep'ing and mountain biking in Moab over the years. GoPro does an incredible job of flattening out hills, drops, rocks, etc. making them look way less intense than they really are. It's an incredible area for outdoor fun!
I think Brian was rethinking some life choices on some of those straight up ones. I was holding my breath on a couple of them 🤣Y'all had me laughing so hard over the belly horn 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Wow! I was intense with you on that ride. The jeep worked great. Thank you both for that ride. I felt like I wanted to grab that handle above the door and hold on it. Lol! That was fun watching!
Wow 😯 thank you for sharing as I would never have the nerves to do this in our Landrover or be a passenger, Kenny’s climb would have given me a heart failure 😨👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 well done I’m VERY impressed
Hill decent mode is amazing! We have a Cherokee Trailhawk and did Long Canyon and went under the fallen rock. So amazing! Can’t wait to get to Moab again!
@@Five2Go I just looked at a current video of Long Canyon. Compared to last year, it’s a piece of cake. Last year, we had at least a 2 foot rock to go down on the downhill side. We were told that our back tire was 2 feet off the ground. The Cherokee Trailhawk performed amazingly! No modifications and we didn’t even air down. Would love to share a photo of what it was like last July!
What a crazy, fun, wild adventure ride. Loved every minute of watching it. Thanks for taking us along! I'd very way better with this than rollercoasters too!! 🙌
You guys should invest in a Rockhard4x4 front bumper with integrated tow bar adapters, and ditch the towing base plate. You are ruining your approach angle.
Looks like an adventure!! We are just waiting on our Rivian truck to have an EV to do these trails, we were super sad we didn't have it yet when we were in Moab last month. But we are total newbies when in come to off roading, too. Sometimes it's intense. 😆
I noticed that y'all are in 4H, at least where i am at in the video so far- 4L would do you a LOT better for this. You have much better throttle control going down these steep slopes. 4L plus lock your transmission into first gear and you should barely need your brakes.
That was our first time so I think it took about 2.5-3 hours with a lunch break. If you know the trail (and aren't stopping to hop out and film stuff) I bet you could do it in 1.5 hours.
@@Five2Go At least you, different from most of the guy in my team (big list), you do offroad and then upgrade accordingly of your use. I saw jeeps with 20k upgrades were never drove outside a highway.
I definitely don't want a mall crawler! We're trying to find a good balance between daily driver, flat towable by our motorhome, and capable enough to take us offroad to some fun places 👍👍
You guys act like a bunch of girls! Not that that’s a bad other than the fact you’re supposed to be two grown men! I’ve been all over this area is a lot of fun! For next time, get bigger tires or taller tires on your jeep so you can handle it easily!
Thanks for this. New (UK) Wrangler owner here and I’ve been gradually establishing what it can do - the answer is a lot more than my nerves can handle! This was such a human, entertaining antidote to all the “serious” Moab videos out there. I thoroughly enjoyed it, and glad I’m not the only one making some of those noises when the pitch and roll starts heading to the upper 20s!
I just don’t see the appeal of this. Don’t get me wrong it’s impressive & it has some amazing views. But id never do it in my own vehicle maybe the all terrain vehicles. Also it looks so uncomfortable. I’d get car sick 🤮 with all the shaking. Again I just don’t see the appeal as a hobby maybe a ONE TIME experience.
Cool video thanks for sharing, Gotta say it did look like fun. My wife said I could not share this video with my daughter and her husband.
lol. Brian you were giggling like a little girl! Think that's the most fun you've had in quite some time!
That was the most fun I've had in quite a while!

Haha! Thanks man! We had so much fun, it’s an awesome trail and we can’t wait to get back out there 😃
looks like a fun day was had

Wow 😯 I forgot breathing half of the time watching this video. Bravo 👍
Great video. I'm bringing my stock JLUR there later this year so this is good to see.
It's a rough ride but a heck of a lot of fun! You're going to love it 😁
@@Five2Go I got the front facing camera option- looks like that will come in handy.
I've been thinking about adding one. We just did another trail this evening with some gnarly rocks and it definitely would've helped.
Oh wow, I had motion sickness watching that
Wife wants a Jeep now, thanks btw lol! Looks fun!
Yes! Do it!
Wow that’s awesome lol wish I had the guts to do that I think I’ll have to break through my fear lol

OMG the giggles just killed me... Thanks for sharing. I have yet to climb anything bigger than a curb in my Jeep. Yes we held our breath with you.

We did Long Canyon twice while we were there, what a fun trail!

I don't think I could drive it, but I'd be the annoying passenger screaming wheeee! Do it again!
Lol it was a blast from my seat!! Sorry did you have fun??
I would do it again in a heartbeat! 🤣
One of the funniest videos I have watched in a while! great stuff!! (honk, honk) 😂

That was awesome
Why did the horn keep going off? First time seeing your vids. Love it!
So jealous right now.
Next time, use low range 🙂
This was "way-cool".. Moab should be on every Anericans must go list.. way to be dude..

That was incredible. So intense. That Jeep was so impressive.
Also, should complement the driver.

We saw a Rivian when we were driving around Moab! It was getting ready to do the Gemini Bridges road which would be easy for that thing 👍
@@Five2Go 😮No way! We probably would have followed it down the trail. 🤣
Been there done that!

How long it takes to finish the trail?

That jeeps is screaming for at leas 2" lift. You will save the money on the parts that you will need to replace hahahaha
We have both upgraded tires since this was recorded and we're doing lifts soon 🤣

I do not like the uphills that you can see nothing but sky. I usually have my eyes closed
Bigger tires is the only thing that will give you ground clearance.

The video really doesn't do it just at all
