Is Botox charged by when the agreed upon results are achieved, or by the number of treatments required?
For example, you mentioned a big guy that you anticipated would need several visits, but he only needed one. Then there was a small woman who needed double normal treatment. Would these two pay the same? Or would the small woman be left with double the bill?
