the whipping cream doesnt look soft and fluffy anymore after she mess it around too much.thats just like regular chocolate cake with chocolate icing on it. not originally Black Forest I will stick with regular white fresh whipping cream.thanks for sharing it though.
If you want to make classic black forests cake it's not difficult the first step the cheerry no need put agar agar/ jelly powder but just put sugar, red wine or rum much better ,corn flour little bit and the rest the water from the cherry put more rum more for make wet the cake .The whipped cream white not chocolate like that. So we gonna put grounds chocolates on the top of wippped cream each sponge care .first cake you do is make wet cake with cherry water with more rum and after that put cherry sauce with some cherry too after that put wippped cream and after that put grounds chocolate again and a lot repeated like that and cover with wippped cream all cake and decorate with ground chocolate and fresh cherry .This classic forest cake from my ex mother in law original she from Germany

Kirsch is the preferred liqueur to moisten the sponges, if accessible.
