There is another difference between Bedrock and Java
30: In Bedrock, you can find FALLEN Trees in Forests, Birch Forests and other places that has trees... Java doesn't have those

@@2late4uto an extent, bedrock still has “modded worlds” which is basically the same thing but u can’t do as much. i don’t think they could ever actually add mods since most people play on a smart phone or tablet

You can use the /kill feature in bedrock. You just have to type /kill @e and it’ll work

5:15 Also, to add on to this, if you try doing /kill @e in creative, there's a message that says "Players can't be killed while in creative mode" or smth like that in bedrock. Your welcome.
/kill @e[type=!player] should resolve this issue
7:30 Flying (and Bedrock in general) used to control a lot better imo. Now, Mojang have been trying to “fix” Bedrock’s controls to more so match Java’s, and their attempts at “fixing” them have been… less than ideal.
In Java, Ghasts shoot fireballs way faster and lets you hit the fireball way easier. In Bedrock, the Ghast shoots a fireball and it takes approximately 4 years for it to shoot out, and the delay between hitting the fireball and it flying back is about 1.7 years
That’s interesting, I might use that fact for Part 2!
I think most projectiles go slower in bedrock like have you seen ender pearls they move in slow motion lmao

There is the kill command in bedrock you just Don't play bedrock the command is /kill @e
He was bullshitting. He was choosing his own name, and the error specified that PLAYERS cannot be killed while in creative

Real talk, there are some aspects where Bedrock can do better (e.g. dynamic death screen) But then we have aspects where Java is better (e.g. operator commands)

The Arrow-Visibility feature was in Legacy Console editions (Xbox-One Editon, etc)
You can actually play multiple discs at once on bedrock too.
Phantoms NOT dying underwater makes more sense. They ARE _undead_ mobs, after all.

I play on bedrock and its not as bad as people portray it, i mean yeah sometimes it slows down or the nether portal loading time kills you but other than that its really not that bad and there are some really unique features that bedrock has that java doesnt, like potion cauldrons and posable armor stands

There is another difference between Bedrock and Java
In Bedrock, you can push tridents with pistons to do damages on any creature. This property allows us to make a trident killer in Bedrock. However, trident killer is not available on Java

A couple more, you can’t die to the void in creative in bedrock, there are fallen trees in forests in bedrock, and redstone is different (for example, quasi connectivity doesn’t work in bedrock)

For the bedrock /kill command. You have to target specific people with an @. So its /kill @ _____ and whatever you want to kill.
@e is everything
@____ (player) is a specific player.
So yeah. Just a heads up is all
I’m pretty sure flying on bedrock is different since flying on bedrock doesn’t have ice physics like Java does
The leaves on trees turn white with the snow in Bedrock Edition as well
For bedrock players if you want to do the third person run dont hold the jump button, you need to press the jump when you land.

I turn off view bobbing on bedrock while on Java I mostly keep it on, I swear back when Bedrock used to be Pocket Edition view bobbing wasn't that bad
So when you use the /kill on yourself in creative it won’t work on Bedrock but it will if you’re in spectator or survival mode.
The way I see it both Java and Bedrock have features that the other doesn’t in good and bad ways.
Whenever I am inflect by fire in bedrock somehow the animation for fire inflection covers more than half of the screen and it is annoying and frustrating, cause how can you fight when your screen is mostly covered and you cant even see properly.
And my question to java players is this just a bedrock thing, cause it is already hard to play with bedrock and I use a phone to play since I dont have a computer and this is the only availabble way for me to experience playing minecraft.
The Juke box plays both discs in bed rock now.

love how literally the first thing is a java edition bug. anyway, here i am to do my thing again:
1:03 this is a bit of an oversimplification of the situation imo. regular healing isn't faster on java edition. it's specifically 'saturation healing'* that's faster. saturation healing doesn't exist on bedrock because it's a feature of the 1.9 combat system, which only java edition got.
*('saturation healing' is probably not the official name, but it's what the wiki calls it)
1:50 snowflakes are also noticeably bugged on java edition, disappearing and reappearing at seemingly complete random (it isn't random. it's just locked to the tile grid for some reason, which is even more noticeable when you look up.)
2:05 this is because explosions are a very old particle. they were added at a time when pocket edition's main goal was optimization, so they got shrunk to the size of all the other particles, and just haven't been updated since. fun fact: because of the way mojang shrunk the texture for pocket edition, it actually contains quite a bit of semi-transparency, which isn't visible in-game due to the particle's material.

Food not quickly healing your health in Bedrock is so annoying.

Maybe it works differently to balance it, in Java you lose hunger for healing, maybe the same doesn’t happen in bedrock, could be wrong
When being on 9 to 10 hunger bars and you heal slowly from it, it will still use up your saturation. I think it also works that way in Java.
