4:15 I know I said in the beginning of this video, that I wanted to document my whole journey. But a few days after that first video, i forgot about videotaping because the whole experience required all of me to be laser focused on what i was there to do. A lot of people think those 4 months was an easy journey for me but in truth i had to go through a lot and i didnt know if i could handle it emotionally, spiritually and mentally. We had to face a lot of trials about who i was, and what i believed in. I reached a point where i almost said, I don't want to go on, I want to go home. There were a lot of times I wanted to give up already. But i remembered where i started, why I even went thru the X Factor Philippines audition 7 years ago. Because i had a dream that i wanted to reach. It was the exact same feeling i had while i was in China, when i was in X Factor. I thought it was hopeless, that I was alone, I won't last, I can't do it, but I forgot..... in the first part of the video which I took on the first day, God won't put you in your present position if it wasn't for something greater and better for you. Going to china I knew that, but when things got rough, when the situation got tough, when I was tested, I forgot that. If it weren't for the people around me, people who loved me and believed in me, people who prayed for me and supported me, I wouldn't have remembered. Sometimes we have to go thru rough and muddy roads, different from what we are used to, and we think the destination is not that great but we forget that we are just passengers in this thing called life, and God is the driver. He knows the path, we just need to trust and hold tight during the voyage. If you are going thru the same situation and need that reminder now, let me be the one to tell you. Whatever you are going thru, you can do it. When God plans your life, just when you think everything is falling apart, that is when everything is actually falling into place. You can do it. Keep fighting. To all who believed and supported me throughout my Singer 2018 journey - whether you're a Filipino, Chinese, or any nationality, i want to thank all of you. Thank you.

Your recent performances in China were indeed powerful due to your courage and endurance, plus your hard work over the years. But for me, they pale in comparison to those early unpolished days when a nervous but brave young girl took to the stage to honour her father. Your meekness and humility was also evident in China - and the audience (as well as fellow competitors) loved you all the more for it. I am a seafarer about to sign onboard last week but that day also came the result of my swab test which is positive. I was devastated and still am. Your recent performances in China were indeed powerful due to your courage and endurance, plus your hard work over the years. But for me, they pale in comparison to those early unpolished days when a nervous but brave young girl took to the stage to honour her father. I just wanted to pour my heart out after seeing this vid right now which appeared on my recommended vids.
I am a seafarer about to sign onboard last week but that day also came the result of my swab test which is positive. I was devastated and still am. Trying my best to recover during this quarantine and KZ’s words in the beginning just made any worries in my heart go away.
