But the thing that they used our meitei song it hurts me cause i really love my language and i don't want others to mistook between meitei and bisnupriya.... I am a bishnupriya manipuri as well but this type of wedding are misleading everyone where bride's want to remake a bollywood wedding in their wedding, it confuses people and some get influenced and make it as a trend and later your own culture gets vanished , in bishnupriya manipuri culture there's no haldi ceremony no mehendi ceremony, no welcoming of groom by bride's sisters , also most importantly no sindoor and mangalsutra , people are not connected to their exact culture and it pisses me off a bit but yeah it's their own wedding they can do whatever but their are things which are getting imposed , becoming a trend which shouldn't be bcs it erases your OWN culture!!!!!
