This is valuable! Even as a child I wasn't interested in "kids' songs"; I thought they were boring and silly. It's nice to see music that a beginner can play that isn't literally childish.

As a mostly self taught novice player and I did a bunch of similar tricks to play songs that were too hard. I can read music so I knew what I could cut and still have it sound like the song. I'm trying to go further now and your teaching methods really help.
