How to solve outdoor blink 17 times & indoor not cold | Mitsubishi StarMex air conditioner

Brand : Mitsubishi Electric inverter R410A
Model : MXY-2G20VA
Symptoms : Indoor not cold & outdoor blinking 17 times.
Cause : Outdoor unit A LEV body jam.
Action : Using donut magnet to adjust open and close.

Hi, one of the split indoor unit automatically turn on when the outdoor unit is turn on. Does this mean the unit relay is spoilt? The indoor unit cannot be turn off using the manual on-off button or the remote controller. Mine is LG brand btw

Normally we say cut in mean cu received signal from indoor and outdoor start running.
LEV is linear expansion valve,is open and close the valve
