Oh darling. That’s tough. My mum died 18 yrs before my dad so we left room for Dad’s inscription. It comforted Dad to know he would be joining mum in the end. It’s so lovely to know you’re planning to be buried with Ellie. Warm hugs Georgina. ❤💔
Lump in my throat watching that I’ve got a 20 yr old 13 and 8 I love my kids to bits and my son has just been diagnosed with a heart issue - atrial flutter he’s had cardioversion and will need an ablation and has some quite shocking meds. He’s been in and out of school, it’s been a nightmare. I never knew how hard it was having a child with a health condition. Ellie was and still is a credit to you! My heart goes out to you ❤❤❤❤

I dont kow if you remember talking to me on here a few weeks ago i was trying to get my 21 yo daughter to take medication for her epilepsy - shes had a serious attack very scary (worse than the one i spoke to you about) and she is now taking it seriosuly and is about to start her medication. Thank you for your everything Georgina and well done on doing what your doing she would be so proud of you xx

I work as a teaching assistant and been put in charge of children with epilepsy and it frightens the life out of me because its a huge responsibility. I'm so sorry 😞 all my love 💓 ❤

That meeting would have been emotionally bearing and comforting, reliving the trauma but also feeling safe and understood with people who understand first hand the experiences just like yours and others have lived through. Made me happy when it cut to the scene that you chose Chinese for lunch, there is so much personal history for you there. For most people it's a restaurant of tasty food but for you that restaurant symbolizes so much more than most strangers would ever know. you continue to be a golden soul Georgina , truly an amazing lady💖

Georgina, I only know you sort of-ish, but I want to say I'm so proud of you. It must be really hard going to those places you used to visit with Ellie and you must be hyper aware of everything now when you go there. We know you struggle but we are all rooting for you. Grief comes in waves. It's the little steps every day that count. You may not sense it but you're doing such a good job. Visiting those places, and keeping her legacy alive by creating awareness is all a big part of healing. Please don't feel guilty towards Ellie for healing. It's what she would want you to do I'm sure.

Your daughter would be so proud of you, although you may be ‘on your own’ at the restaurant, I’m sure you feel her with you. She’s in your memories and in your heart and soul always. It will be a wonderful tribute to support the charity and have them support you. Keep smiling and being so lovely xx
Going back to those places you shared with your loved ones is heartbreaking. I have a Chinese place I used to go with my Mom. I couldn’t go back for many years. I started going again but I can’t bring myself to sit at “our table” there. I read recently that the depth of grief relates directly to the size of the love we shared with the person we’ve lost. That notion made perfect sense to me. It’s been 14 years and today I cried so deeply watching you speak of not being able to shop in the same store you used to go to for two months after Ellie passed. Time seems to help a bit but I have those days that feel like it all just happened yesterday. I think it’s especially hard when you loose someone so early. My mom was only 57 when she passed. I think of everything that’s happened since she has gone. My beautiful nephew, her grandson that she never got to meet and it breaks my heart so much. Thank you for sharing your journey through the grief with us. ❤
In all of the years I've had a RUclips account I've commented on about 3 videos. I watched this, this evening and it touched me. I was shocked to see the news of your daughter a little while ago, I stumbled upon it, and I couldn't imagine what you must be going through. I'm really glad that you got lots out of your meeting. I have felt loss but nothing that comes close to what you've experiences. I just wanted to comment to say I'm here and I see this, and you, and I'm so sorry about Ellie.

I'm so happy that you had a healing moment with those advocating for epilepsy awareness. What they're doing sounds fantastic, especially in regards to Universal Credit and PIP. The benefits system can be very ignorant towards those suffering with certain things and it's time some change came about. Excited to see what you do with them next to help. ❤️

Big virtual hugs. I've been to my local Chinese buffet on my own a few times but my anxiety is worse than ever which means I can't do that anymore.
@Suzanne Douglas..so sorry and I know we're all different though I will say from my pov of having anxiety as a child(didn't know then it was that) and now yes it's worse because of one of several factors is a rare disorder I've had now for30yrs...it causes tons of falls, startle reflex(and because of the muscles being affected by SPS, the rare disorder), gosh anxiety is something I've "overcome" or more controlled & then it just comes out of the blue. I remind myself, I have to be consistent in my sel-talking that helps me. Part of what I do is exaggerate my fear...um, crossing the street can "feel" like it's the grand canyon even if I know it's not, so I work on my emotions as I'm walking, so I ackowledge the anxiety is real, the foundation of whatever cause some of us to have it is real, though for me, finding out more about the brain and how we can change the path of thought transmits to the body. Yes, it's a lot, & I wish for you the path for yourself and the pace that will help you get back to the Chinese place, and you'll treat yourself to a yummy meal. it wll happen - soon or later that one step, I'm with you, holding your hand. ~ take care ~

My heart goes out to you. You really are going through such a horrendous time. You are just an inspirational person and I sincerely wish you the best. My brother has epilepsy caused by an accident and his life was pulled apart. Any changes for epileptics would be a positive step forward. You are doing your daughter proud. All the best Georgina.

To many people in this country are unable to talk about things , and your right its the best therapy , youve a great platform toraise awareness , quite understandable being unable to go certain places , first times always hard x

You’re absolutely right, when I lost my mom who was my best friend I couldn’t go to any of the places we went, because we went everywhere together. I live near Pontefract so you would know all the places im sure but it does get easier or rather you adapt to a different way of life. Lots of love xx

i found your channel a few years back when you were reacting to fifth harmony (they are one of my favourites bands) and i can't lie, singing and analysing it has never really been an interest of mine, no hate it's just not ever really been that yknow.. ive never cared about it because it's not for me. im subscribed to both of your channels however, because of the type of person you are. you're so strong and seeing your videos come up on my feed, even the singing ones where i don't have a clue about what's happening, just gives me a sense of comfort. your vlog channel im more interactive with in terms of fully watching because i mean- it's more.. im able to focus on it more if this makes any sense 😂 POINT BEING you radiate honesty, and you have such a lovely soul- and im here solely because of your personality and energy. it's relieving to see someone be comfortable enough to show there more vulnerable sides and yet still.. just be such a cool person. also im very proud of you for doing the gravestone documents, it's something other people won't pick up on when you think of losing someone you love.. but that is something that's so extremely hard to get through.. so yeah- we are all proud of you for facing filling them out (: x
