It's been big in the states because of the Video Game, "Mana Khemia" which was sort of a precursor to the modern "Altier" Series. Now adays, people just associate Lolita with Sexual Immorality though. Still some hold outs exist (like me)
@@RythmNCs I took only a half-credit in french before they closed down the class in my highschool, but if your saying what I think your saying, French have weird laws to begin with, no offense intended, just the way things are. But then I always thought Most International Laws with regards to the meaningless "All Characters are 18+" Notices in R18 Games were complete BS too. Anime is an art-style not a person.
