The new wine policy released in dec 2021 did not have the clause of issuing new licenses.

You wont get a new wine shop license . For transfer or lease you need to have a person who is ready to transfer

Hi Swapnil. No it is not possible to transfer FL2 license from another state.
Hi sir .. another query of mine is ..there is this one guy who is mediator / agent claiming that there is one fl2cl3 licenece which was debar/or was not active since 1985. And now they are renewing it and ready for transfer .. it it possible ?
@@swapnilmunde2277 hi swapnil. There are very remote chances. Only if the case has gone to the court and the court has ordered the government to issue the license then only the government would issue the license for cases before 1989.
I would suggest you try to get the license number and check online whether the license is active or no.
Plz don't pay any amount as advance without confirming the details. Could be a fraud too....
