How to Fix the Bottom of a Skimboard

My dad's skimboard is really old and beat up and he wanted to try and fix it. Only time will tell to see if this was a success or a fail.
He used Marine RX EXPOXY REPAIR that hardens like steel. The one that was used in the video harden like plastic. DONT USE THE ONE IN THE VIDEO
