Who was operating the drone deep in Romeo 405? Absolutely adjacent to seaplane opps. Unbelievably illegal! Unfortunately CASA refuse to enforce the most basic of safety conflict regulations.
Not illegal with authority to do so. If you hold a RePL and ReOc you can get approval and operate in R405a/b quite safely.
