Wow, this is great. love the chopper. This is perfect for when you are busy and need to reach for something easy to make. I can see this working well if an older couple at home, where one has a surgery the other can make something simple together.

So smart to do freezer meals! I had planned to do a bunch when I had my daughter 37 years ago 😱 and didn't get it done, despite her being 3 weeks overdue!! I got a few done and that seemed to get me through, though more would have been better. It was summer, though, so my husband grilled and I made salads and a simple veggie side and that was dinner a lot for a couple of months!
