Hi! My name is @Justine Sounds. In this Harmony Game, I'll show you how to sing in harmony "bad guy" by Billie Eilish and you can practice it:
1. WITH ME First, I’m showing you only one voice so you’re not disturbed with all the other parts. You can easily listen to it, memorize it and sing it with me.
2. SING ALONE Second step it’s probably not so satisfying but it's essential to reach our goal. Before you’ll start singing in harmony you have to be sure you can sing it on your own. Without any help and getting lost.
3. IN HARMONY In the final step, you’re ready to practice it with all the other voices. Maybe it’s not gonna be easy at the very beginning but you’ll see how rewarding it is. It’s an amazing feeling to harmonize.

I'm really glad I Found this video. Since we are on quarantine, my music school has been doing this online classes thing. I'm going to sing Bad Guy and I
think it would be nice to add the harmonies since it is a recorded project (We need to record our parts and then send them to the director of the project we were assigned and then he will do the mastering, etc.) So this is wonderful and helpful, thank you very much. I just noticed that somehow I missed your comment and 10 month later I can come up with an answer that there is no harmony in the chorus. Basically you can hear there a lot of double voices but with no melody cause they're rather whisper and talk 😉

Is there any chance you could do some Hozier songs? His big hit “Take Me To Church” has some harmonies, but some of the deeper cuts on his first record are harmonically amazing! Your videos are brilliant and I’d love to better understand what he was doing musically.

What program / equipment do you suggest for people starting out singing or making music?
I recommend something not expensive but still professional to have good quality. I'm using Logic Pro X with some additional Instruments like Native Komplete for example. I have a super cheap microphone Audio-Technica AT2031(it's about 100€) and I love it! Headphones, laptop and of course an audio interface (it can be USB) I have a pretty old M-Audio 2626 and it has a lot of inputs and outputs but something with two mic inputs would be enough if you want to record only vocals or piano for example. 🙌🏻 Great question! 😍

I find it really difficult to find those notes sometimes..
Keep practising and it will get easier with time to remember all those notes 😊 Your brain needs to get use to it and it takes some time. More you practice more intuitive it'll be.
