What they dont tell you, is when you practice this properly, there is alot of residual effects... but when you continue thru the pain, because i experienced pain for weeks, and months, it charges places of you, you havnt explored before. I did martial arts for a good part of my younghood, and these motions, are on a different level. Your mind needs to learn how to recieve the 9s
before we enter into battle we pray. just like what he did as a ninja.

I must also say that I am working on the 12 mudras of Naruto and directing heavenly energy that is healing through my hara to the 12 meridians.
I know the Chinese zodiac and each of the meridians that the hand seals go to and the month and the time and the organ and the element.
I also know the nine hand seals that you gave in your book more secrets of the Ninja so now I'm going to do the gestures that you are doing in this video.
And also I am going to have to learn the Chinese style of hand seals from the black dragon. So I have a lot of work to do it seems impossible but every journey starts with a few steps.
I am back for an update just to tell you that I have been practicing the Naruto 12 hand seals and using them to directly empower my inner organs that relate to the hand seal itself.
I have noticed that my inner organs and my abilities have grown a lot just in this month that I have been doing this!
I am kind of thinking that this might be too powerful of energy to send directly to the organ itself so I am going to start learning the meridians and how they flow and I will do my hand seals and direct that energy from my hara to that direct meridian line.
so when I learned both ways when is bringing heavenly energy down through my crown chakra through the shen and the triple heater and from my hara I go directly to the Organ that goes with the Hand seal.
I have noticed that I don't have to eat as much either because I am using breath energy it does not require me to eat so much.
I am also working on Qi gong that I have learned that are related to ninjutsu or would benefit Ninjutsu training.
From these two different exercises that I have been practicing I have been empowered very greatly and I am doing new things that I could not do in the past from the hand seals alone.
I am noticing that it has heightened my abilities of the nine hand kata these things called Siddhi.
I also want to apologize to you grandmaster I do not mean to be in negative on your channel but this person that I argued with in the comments has disrespected my grandmaster who is a old man now and his wife has recently died as well.
this man has dedicated his life to Ninjutsu and he knows more Ninjutsu and I am still struggling to catch up to the knowledge that he has passed down.
Through you I have learned many ninja secrets that were hidden from me.
I do believe that it is important to respect the elders that hand down Ninjutsu in Japan for him to disrespect my grandmaster that is no good.
So I say unto you grandmaster do not see me as a bad person I hope that you are able to know the behind-the-scenes of this situation!

@@murrik the truth of the matter is this grandmaster Hatsumi helped with some of the information that was giving to Naruto.
And in the 12 hand seals of Naruto you also find the 12 meridians and in the 12 meridians you also find the months and the animals that it represents.
And when you do the meditation you find that the hand seals match the inner organs.
As an example I will give you the Earth element of March the rabbit representing the spleen.
And in the fire element the dragon the month of April representing the heart.
And for the element of wind December representing the lungs and the animal the Rat.
Study all things deeply and know the truth of all things.
and as a Black Dragon I must tell you that there are times for each of these meridians.

This seems like something i rlly wanna know
These are not joke, in movies and anime they show it as recovery or power up, but in fact it's from old soldiers who healed up their wounds in hand after fighting enemys with swords.. how do I know this? because I got hit by axe and robber was aiming into my neck but I protectected it with hand so my hand palm splitted and none gave me help after doctor to recover it, so I did ninjatsu(ninjutsu) in old way which is slower then this and that helped me way more then any surgery or physiotherapist. It makes your palms and fingers stronger and when you miss 1 whole muscle like me you must do these to get same power as it was original form but without that 1 muscle.

It’s a ninjitsu hand seal it’s mudras to meditate to or upon before say going on a mission or if you want a certain quality it’ll boost focus or whatever your intent is different seals do different things sorta like tai chi in a way but this is the Japanese version of chi for practical use and yes they do work if you are wondering
