    I only decided to pledge for SC because I found ADI. Over the years ADI has become my "online home" and contributed massively to my personal growth through my 20's. Here's for another decade.

    The game has grown beyond what I would have ever imagined it would. When I first started following the game it was supposed to just be a ship you could fly and a hanger you could land in and decorate. ADI is a great anchor to the game and a place I think most people can call a home. I cant wait until we can all finally enjoy this game when it becomes what it is meant to be. Thanks to you guys we are all going to have a great community we can all come home to.

    This video brought me to you guys at ADI. I've watched Hav0c's channel on RUclips and, as an older gamer, the maturity and vision they are talking about in this video really appealed to me. Joined tonight. Hope to play with some of you guys soon.

    Just watched😎the video. So good. I am amazed that you guys are still so motivated after all this time. Joined around 9 years ago but less than active until now. (just retired). I will be in Manchester for the big (re) start. Will drop by the booth.

    Excellent exchange of fascinating history and insights between great leaders! ADI is a truly exceptional organization, which I'm proud to be a piece of. My only regret is not finding the game earlier to share in more of this rich history! I look forward to many exciting years ahead!

    What are your thoughts on capital ships? Do you guys have a plan to train capital ship crews?

      Very much so, we already train on using Hammerheads and Carracks in org operations, and look forward to the Polaris getting added to the game.

    Almost thirty years.I've been running my own guild. Ten thousand members, It's not the true number of their members.

      So what do you think the 'true' numbers are, and how do you count the 'true' members?

    What does ADI mainly do? Is it is abit of Ln everything. I'm in a couple of orgs but they seem to be winding down. People playing other games and not much event wise going on.

    Gushing about member count over so many years.
    Let's hear how many are active.
    How inactive members are you hanging on to just to inflate your number?

    • @hangarready1780
      @hangarready1780  9 дней назад

      You'd be surprised more than 1400 with 4+ hours of activity per month. For the current state of a game that has been in alpha for 10+ years, those are pretty good numbers.

    Ok I’ve listened to 12 minutes of this, do they get into details or do they just keep up with the CEO bulls*** talk for the next 30?

    • @hangarready1780
      @hangarready1780  9 дней назад

      What details do you feel were missing?

    • @MotherNature26
      @MotherNature26 9 дней назад

      @@hangarready1780 I only watched the first 12 minutes, then evaluated if it keeps up I'm not going to learn much. (BTW you dont need to listen to me)
      First 3 minutes: intro, not gonna fault the first 3 minutes of a video to introduce the subject
      the next minute, okay goal setting ~1000 members, cool
      4:19 ok you guys put together a power point. Cool, what was in it? what was the strategy? how was it executed? who was involved? what the metrics of success?
      next minute, is just generic talk of just how number went up a bit, and saying things went real well for the first year, I suppose that is a bit of the metric portion of what I am looking for, but no information on how
      6:09 answer to the description of challenges was a high level non detailed response on how to message and approach people by giving them a good old fashion sales pitch of "we are going to be the best". How? Why? what did you say that convinced people at the time to join? did you convince any of the people who had an initial response of good luck?
      7:13 what was the different approach offered? how were you organized? Apparently you guys were thinking big picture, and no one else is, but I don't know what that means.
      8:05 this part of that answer makes it seem like you are hinging the success just on the game succeeding, not necessarily something your doing
      8:32 more about the presentation we don't have a more detailed understanding of
      9:01 you talk about setting up a structure/methodology and an ethos. What are those? why are they important to the vision you just talked about? beyond labor input, which you discuss 15 seconds later. How is that labor input efficiency directed?
      9:34 answer was a big picture approach, and a recruitment team, and something about expansion. I think the real answer is probably just the recruitment team, but again, what were the details of how they were deployed? methods? metrics?
      10:30 It was all labor. Yeah I couldn't agree more, labor makes the world go round. no labor, no value, no kidding
      I listened to the next minute and a half, then decided to ask my original question, to see if anyone might direct me to a portion of this video that contains details.
      Don't get me wrong, I think what you guys did is impressive and interesting, and that is why I clicked here to see if I could find out more and understand the process (that is my job in a nutshell). You guys have at least figured out the optics part of the recruitment game and if your numbers are true, achieved a pretty decently sized org. It is impressive. How do you maintain it? How effectively is it deployed? These are the things I am interested in learning.
