Agreed for secondary transactions in LDA City but As per PHA act 2014 there is Zero Tax on primary real estate transactions like Affidavit file in DHA or Zameendara File in any Government housing. As far the development charges are concerned full paid files are available in surroundings for half the price of Itthad phase 2 but the development of Itthad is expected to be better than LDA
