I believe that Simon Sinek's "Start with Why" is a powerful framework for inspiring others and creating lasting change. It's a message that resonates on a deep level and has the potential to transform individuals, organizations, and even the world. I'm grateful for his insights and I'm excited to see how I can apply them in my own life and work.
Beautifully expressed and inspiring, as always… my humble two cents - it’s getting harder and harder to find people who connect on beliefs. We are just too tired, afraid, jaded, busy or callous these days to believe in things that matter in the long run, for the betterment of society. “What’s in it for me?” Is most of the population, world over, on issues that impact all of us as members of the human race, the topics that need the most focus but receive the least.
What if... just a topic of curiosity here... what if Human Virtue could be reinvigorated, rebuilt, renewed within our business cultures? What could we do then? What would we achieve for the next two, three, even four generations? Those generations will be just as human as we are. Your concern for the difficulties of connecting on beliefs is accurate, I believe, and I'm pleased you called it to the fore.
@@marknitzI am working toward this very thing, my friend. It is time for a completely new way of being. I’m choosing to guide that change in the most ambitious business undertaking that I can dream up. And I dream extra big! I’m close to articulating my why, which I’ll do when a launch my next venture. I’ll hope to inspire you and many others to come along. It’s going to be quite a wild ride!
@agentred8732 That's fantastic. My business (and my books) is built around this and the expectation and requirement that Leadership is a Profession (not a "soft skill"). Hopefully, your efforts grow and flourish!
I heard you say this a lot of times, but i really needed to hear this now, thank you for being the one who always inspire me. I really hope I can spread your work further
It’s ok not to believe what others believe. One of my professors used to tell us about her friend who is an organ transplant reiki specialist. When she interviewed for a job she told the panel that while she uses energy through reiki practice donors organs get accepted and rarely any rejection. Even though the staff might have not believed at that time but she was offered her position and have shown great results. I believe if you google her name she will come up. For people it might sound some kind of out of ordinary experience but it happened she is in practice and has saved life of many with her incredible gift and work.
You mean if corporations should pay a living wage? His thing is more about feeling safe at work and your work is meaningful. So emotionally value instead of monetary value. That’s the topic for someone else.
Hallelujah!!! I’m blessed and favored with $60,000 every week! Now I can afford anything and support the work of God and the church. For Your glory, LORD! HALLELUJAH!

Perfect self marketing 😎. Simon just nailed it and used 100% of his energy & experience to run his own dream, how can you not want that for yourself?

This is what Ana Graciela Blackwelder does, she has changed my life.
After raising up to 60k trading with her, I bought a new house and car here in the US and also paid for my son’s (Oscar) surgery. Glory to God.shalom.
