I have reserved my seat (Paid seat) for 6C but yesterday while I try to do an online-check-in my seat has changed to 5F
I have tried to call like 5-6 times to ask about this matter.
But no answer and one staff said that they will call me back but they don't.
After 5-6 times I now can reach staff name "Chaster" who treated me badly like I'm not a customer.
He said that they can not do anything for me.
And suggest to me to go to airport earlier to confirm my seat.
If I don't do that I will not able to board the flight.
I've tried to explain how necessary to me to get an e-ticket because I have a meeting at my workplace and unable to go to the airport that early.
(And I definitely want the seat that I already paid for it.)
He won't listen any of my requests.
You keep customers waiting for a long time and do not resolve issues, this is called poor customer service. It is very irritating to see rep’s efforts in resolving your issue and at the end having a simple question unanswered or no solution provided.

To have ethics is to not using taxpayers money to bailout a failed project and incompetent people. Ad was okay but in reality MAS is as bad as it gets. It reflects the corruption, racism etc. in gov't and society in Msia and the people knows that very well. MAS is irredeemable and best thing your board can do for the stakeholders is stepping down and closing the comp entirely.
