Yes you can. For that you have to create multiple gateways. You may create region wise or country wise.

We have this condition.. We have an old active directory ( Old Active Directory ) and new active directory, We plan to migrate all workstation to new active directory ( new domain name ). We use 3 certtificate on old domain which is 1 Machine Certificate and 2 client certificate. So pre migration all working fine. But after migration we could not connect to global protect
The workaround for this issue is we have to delete 2 client certificate and just left 1 machine certificate. So what excatly we should do to resolve this issue ? ...
Here client and machine means what exactly, as far as I know both are same
